Pro N Stall

I wish I was here to write a raving review but unfortunately at this point in time, my grandfather in law has been deceived. We had a serious water issue at our home and had to replace all the pipes and decided to use Pro N Stall. Although the gentlemen who were very pleasant at the time fixed all the pipes under the house, there was a last cast iron pipe leading outside of the house that needed to be fixed. After taking a trip to the headquarters in Antioch and visiting with Steve, he informed my grandfather in law that he would be sending out his plumbers to fix that pipe for an added $ 300. He made the payment and said he would dig the hole for them and they told him they were waiting on him to call when the hole was dug. Well…3 and a half weeks have passed, 2 phone calls and messages have been left with the secretary with not a word coming in return. Unless this is resolved soon I have no choice but to assume they have stolen my grandfather in law’s $ 300 and that is not the type of company I would recommend working with.

Definitely recommend this place. I could have hugged Jerry before he left. My garbage disposal wasn’t working right so my dishwasher of course wasn’t working. Jerry replaced the disposal and gave us some pointers on our toilets so it would stop running and costing us hundreds on our bill. He even left us a care packet with vegetable seeds! Pro N Stall Home Services is definitely a pro at what they do.

And what I found most refreshing in this day of overall sub-​par customer service — the ownership taken by HVAC expert, Jason! He explained everything he was doing and came back to follow up a week later to be sure everything was running perfectly. I’ve NEVER seen the level of personal pride in one’s work than I saw in this employee.
Without going in to all of the details surrounding the air handler installation issue I had with another local company which required the existing air handler be completely pulled out and replaced, I CAN say it was a long, drawn out, frustrating situation which Pro N Stall helped drive to resolution as quickly as possible.
The office staff is amazing. So friendly and helpful. After only a few calls in to Office Manager, Lisa, I felt more like I was speaking with a family member than a vendor point of contact!
After having such a wonderful experience with their HVAC group, I couldn’t wait to find out what other services they offered so that I would know I’d have access to a trustworthy company for my other home needs. I was relieved to learn they also offer plumbing services so I immediately scheduled an appointment to have routine maintenance done on my hot water heater. Just like Jason, I found technician Jerry to be very courteous, efficient, knowledgable and friendly!
