Very very happy! Under special instructions I wrote heart shaped pizza and they did just that! Pizza looked and tasted great!

The lady on the phone was very professional and provided awesome customer service. Our order took as long as she said it would including delivery it got to our house in 55 minutes. Haven’t had Pizza Guys in years. Food(pepperoni, garlic cheesy bread, Nutella bites) was perfectly hot and quality of taste was delicious. Thank you staff at Pizza Guys!

The food is good, I like the creativity. I’ve ordered a few times. The ice cream Unilocal check in coupon is only for in restaurant though, which is disappointing. I’m paying more for delivery, so why?

Gross. garlic cheesey bread has no flavor at all, zero. Tuscan garlic chicken pizza is disappointing: I hate chicken with fake grill marks and who puts diced tomatoes on a pizza? And there was a ridiculous amount of green onion and tomatoes. I wasn’t expecting much since it’s just pizza guys but jeez. it’s sad how obvious it is that everything is pre-made or frozen. Update: manager is extremely rude and argumentative. Won’t accept complaints and actually hung up the phone.

Tried programming online via mobile and had problems. This was the only way to get the discount. Told the server my problem that I did not utilize home computer to establish a registration and will later. Nicely gave me my discount. In the past have had there pizza and it’s great for the price.

My husband and I order pizza for delivery from them on the regular. I practically lived on their Pizza through my pregnancy. Anyhow, I am writing this review after what I believe may be our first real complaint with them. Usually we order online for the convenience factor, but today the website was down. So, long story short they sent us the wrong pizza. They were so quick and courteous while handling our complaint and promptly corrected it and sent us the pizza we had originally ordered.(At no additional coat to us, of course) Like I said before we have been getting our pizza from them since we moved to Antioch, and this is the first time we have had a mistake with our pizza. I’d say with the amount of pizza and frequency with which we get pizza from them– that is a pretty good track record. The quality is consistently good, and the price is pretty decent. My personal favorite is the Mexican Taco pizza with jalapeños. It is so good! Thank you Pizza Guy’s for taking good care of us! Like always. The only reason I didn’t give you 5 stars is because sometimes you forget the red sauce with the cheesy bread. Lol.

Pizza was hard, chewy from sitting too long, too much sauce and barely any cheese. You should be ashamed of serving pizza like that!

This place has really gone downhill in recent years. The size of their Large pizza has decreased, and the crust is nearly as thin as a piece of cardboard. The delivery times tend to be on the longer side, and it’s just not worth the trouble… unless they’re running a special and you’re short on cash.

I decided to put my GrubHub app to use being home alone while my fiancé worked late and the kids with my inlaws. Well, sadly this place was the only spot open. I’m not a fan of pizza, so right there I was offput. But, I ordered anyways because my husband to be would finish the pizza when he got home. I ordered, and it took the delivery kid about 45 minutes to come, then he called my cell phone saying he was outfront INSTEAD of knocking on my door. Um, okay? Then he was so interested in my apartment design and large tv to give me my change. I had to ask and he responded«Oh ya. wow this place is nice. how much is it? *Paused* Oh here’s your change» All crumpled up and sort of wet. And he decided to stand there and extra second looking at me, I’m assuming waiting for a tip. So I proceeded with a thank you and closed my door. The pizza it self was definitely not worth all that trouble. I still don’t prefer pizza, but when I do; it continues to be PizzaHut or Dominoes.

Pizza was cold, soggy, and way too thin upon delivery. It sucks, I was looking forward to it considering the rating.

I will never order pizza from here again. Twice they got our order wrong and when the delivery guy called the manager to get this fixed we got the worst customer service. Not only was the manager extremely rude but even hung up on my boyfriend. Definitely lost my business, I would rather pay more for my pizza than ever going back here.

I kinda feel bad for these dudes because you know they get robbed at gunpoint on the reg. All the delivery guys are cool as hell and I’ve never encountered any issues as far as slow delivery times or screwed up orders. I’m not saying it doesn’t happen, just saying all of my experiences have been top notch. This one time, my fat ass killed an entire medium sized pepperoni, mushroom and jalapeño pizza in one sitting. I nearly diarrhea’d my self like a boss in the middle of my food coma but I don’t give a shit because I’m a fucking honey badger.

This take-out or delivery only pizza place has really good pizza at really good prices — especially if you take advantage of the current«deals» & coupons advertised on flyers that come in the mail(last week I got 2 large 2-topping pizzas, a 2 liter soda & ice cream for $ 20). You get a free 2 liter soda or ice cream if you pick up your order, the only drawback is the location in a less-than-desirable neighborhood, but you can have it delivered. Also have great cheesy garlic bread, salads & appetizers. I’ve been going here for 6+ years and haven’t had a bad pizza yet. Much better than any other pizza in their price range.

I have never had a problem at this pizza guys. My guys love their pizza and it’s pretty cool that you get a free 2 liter when you pick up your order, which we do every time. Typically get an x large pizza with pepperoni and extra cheese which tastes great. My husband loves their chicken strips(I am not a fan). We sometimes get their cheesy garlic bread that is very good. Location is pretty ghetto, so be aware of your surroundings.

Pizza Guys has some amazing pizza. Despite the fact that this location is on Sycamore, its still legit pizza. The employees I have found are friendly, despite where their location is, and have always been on time as far as getting my order ready. The other day I had sausage, peppers, and olive pizza, and it was INCREDIBLE. They also accept online orders and often have coupons. Check’em out. Be aware of the parking lot, though, lots of ghettoness around. But as I’ve reiterated over and over again, it doesn’t affect the taste of the pizza.
