This o Charley’s is horrible. Every time I come here I get a new waitress and they are always so slow. How is it I’ve been here for 40 mins and asked for a salad and still haven’t received it?

Sorry service. Ordered curbside to go almost an hour ago. Waited in my car for over 20 minutes, then finally had to go in and ask. Waited another 10 minutes then the food came and I had to just stare at it another five minutes for someone to take my payment. All the while the hostess is just staring at me waiting. No apologies for the wait or for having to come inside. They are not even busy. Less than half of the seating is taken. Would not recommend ordering curbside to go here. I just pray the food is worth the wait. ** just following up on the review. Got the food home and they failed to get my wife’s loaded potato soup side order and my side salad in the order. I also ordered a loaded baked potato for my other side item and all they sent was a not fully cooked potato with no fixings for the baked potato. I was contacted by a customer relations representative and asked for my contact info. I provided that but still have yet to hear back from him.

Very poor waiters. Not personable and took 20 minutes to get an appetizer that was burnt and not good at all. Sweet tea tasted like a sugar drink. Entrees took 45 minutes.

This place is a joke. Went on a Friday evening. Way before closing time. Restaurant was packed. Only wanted a slice of pie. Found doors locked as we quietly peered into the busy bustling restaurant in disappointment. DONOTEATATTHISLAMEJOKEOFANESTABLISHMENT. If you want pie on a Friday– go to Kroger. They’re open until midnight on the dot as advertised.

Easter Day! Omg! First let me say the worst restaurant ive ever been to, so many dirty tables when I walk in we immediately get seated which is unusual on a Easter, I should’ve known at that moment that it wasn’t worth it. Our waiter name was Terrance very sweet and generous guy. He took our drink order and brought our drinks and then came back to get our food order. We waited 45 minutes plus longer for our food to come out NOTATTHESAMETIME. our food was cold and not correct. Fish looked like old chicken tenders, fries look like they came out of a zip lock bag. My other two people that came along with me. Their food was all made wrong. Butter on eggs when needed to be on waffles. Steak was raw on the inside and was missing items off of the plate. The manager comes over and says I’m so sorry the order was rung up wrong and I mixed up your order with another table. At that point it got worse. Because the food had to be made over which would take another 20 to 30 minutes. Terrance the waiter was very apologetic. Which was appreciated. Overall our food had to be made over 3 times smh. And not to mention when I got home and looked in the box the same food that we thought was freshly made was the same food that we sent back. Smdh… I will never go back to this restaurant again.

Just finished eating my entrée, the half pound of prime rib with two sides. This was nothing short of amazing. I ordered it medium rare with soup and a loaded baked potato, everything came out more than perfect. My husband got the steak and garlic shrimp which was succulent as well. Being our first time, we are highly satisfied and I know this will be a place we visit weekly. Our service was great as well. We were seated immediately on a Friday night and got wonderful, attentive service from our waiter Robert. Super satisfied.

Manager: Amanda Bartender: Dan/Daniel My wife started a new job and asked if we could go out and celebrate. Of course we can! Where do you wanna go? Let’s go to O’Charley’s over near Hickory Hollow, we haven’t been there in forever. So, off we go. Arrived at 640pm and opted to sit at the bar. First mistake. Bartender’s name was Daniel. We seriously began to think we didn’t dress up enough, smelled bad or had a booger hanging, due to the way Dan seemed to go «out of his way» to ignore us. It was seriously noticed by 60% of the people at the bar. In a total of 50 mins of sitting there, we watched everyone else get served, even those who came in 40 mins after we did. At 6 minutes in we got a menu and at 49 minutes in we got a glass of water. So, I decided to put us on the list for a table. During this time I stepped outside for a breather and called the restaurant to speak to the manager. And waited on hold for 12 more minutes and the manager never picked up the line. So, I am back at the bar and my wife and I discuss the none existent service and decide to leave. We got to the car and i decided to call the restaurant again. And after 5 more minutes on hold, I walked into the lobby(still on hold) and asked the hostess if she even told the manager I was on the phone waiting for nearly 20 total minutes at this point. 8 minutes later the Manager(Amanda) walks into the lobby and invites me to speak to her in a back section of the bar area away from customers. Now, I was sort of kidding about wondering if I was dressed poorly, smelled bad, etc… But I expressed to Amanda that my wife and I did question this while waiting for over an hour for water or to get her to answer the phone. I was extraordinarily nice considering the lack of any remote indication of concern or willingness to take ownership of the way we were ignored. The other patrons at the bar were even joking with us about it… We picked out a bottle of wine 2 minutes after we got our menus and tried ordering it a dozen times, until one of the other bar patrons ordered it for us because Dan wouldn’t serve us. It was just weird… So, wife my wife already in the car, Amanda did offer to buy us dinner. I thanked her for the gesture, but insisted that my reason for talking to her about our experience was not to get a free meal out of her and be dismissed, it was to hopefully get her to apologize to my wife and allow us to move on to another place where we didn’t feel mistreated or ignored. I had to press the suggestion 3 times to talk her into simply apologizing directly to my wife before Amanda reluctantly asked my wife to come back in and let her take care of dinner again. I specifically told Amanda that I did not want a free meal; I just wanted her to take ownership of the problem and apologize to my wife for it. So, an hour and 20 minutes in, we have a table. First thing i did was order the bottle of wine for the 8−9th time at this point. I didn’t order any food. My wife ordered a steak and a salad. The steak came out 12 minutes later. The salad came 4 minutes after the steak. The bottle of wine never showed up. Instead it was replaced with an alternate bottle of wine 4 minutes after she finished dinner and had asked for a to-go bag. This alternate wine was selected because they were now out of the bottle we ordered an hour and 40 minutes earlier. Again, the new bottle of wine showed up 1 hour and 40 minutes after I ordered the original bottle, and 4 minutes after dinner was completed. Additionally, it arrived pre-opened and pre-poured into two glasses. I didn’t order this wine, but now had to pay for it because someone opened it and brought it to my table. Is this really happening to me? Seriously, can this get any more awkward or generally worse??? I asked for Amanda to stop back by the table. She showed up 6 minutes later. I did not want her to comp our meal, but did wish to ask about how I got charged for a bottle of wine I never ordered, never asked to be opened and never showed up during dinner??? Is it normal to open wine before it comes to the table and it is normal procedure to bring the wine out 1 hour and 40 minutes late and after dinner is finished. Again, I was being quite calm with my tone of voice. She replied with«I am comp’ing your dinner but I can’t comp wine off your bill»! I did not ask for either of those things and in fact was quite clear on asking her NOT to pay for my dinner at all, just to be decent to me and my wife on the night she wanted to celebrate her new job. She then replied with, «Of course we don’t normally bring the wine after dinner, but I am trying to keep my restaurant from going down in flames, so I bought your dinner and GOODNIGHT» and then she just walked away. The table next to ours leaned over and said, «OMG, did she just say that to you guys?» I asked the people at the next table… «Was I nice to her?» I hate having to complain at a restaurant

I really enjoyed the customer service here. My food was good and hot. The waitress was always checking back forth to see if we needed anything extra. She had a positive attitude while she was training another server. I ordered the Chicken Tender Dinner because I stick to what I know. I will definitely come back to this location in the near future.

As usual the visit started off a bit sketchy. Lots of dirty tables, do they let their buser go home early on weds?, about 10 tables taken, even a messy bar area. We asked if we could seat ourselves at a bar high top, hoping for quick service. The answer was«sure honey». 10 mins later we are giving up hope for speedy anything. .then Daniel showed up, and the service finally started! He took our order, brought the food, nice and hot!, & brought the bill while making sure we had what we needed. Thanks Daniel — you alone saved the visit!(While completely cleaning the entire bar area up!)

I eat OCharley’s all the time at different locations when I’m in town working. I will rate this one the worst I have been too. Service is very slow(all three times I have been here) food is still ok but not worth a 45 minute wait. Don’t think I will be back to this location any time soon.

Thought we’d try something«new»(had not been to O’Charley’s in long time. They were short staffed & it showed. Server had 9 tables & hostess trying to help out best she could. When asked, server agree & confirmed, short handed & struggling. Manager no-show. After sat down almost 30 min wait for food. Server doin best she could on a Sunday lunch rush.

I walk in with my party of 3 and immediately see more than 4 dirty tables upon being told there will be a 15 minute wait, by all 3 employees standing at the front door. We decide to sit in the bar area instead of waiting and good thing because 15 minutes go by and the tables are still not cleared. Very slow service probably won’t return.

Got the pecan waffle breakfast, overall it was pretty good, only thing I didn’t like is it was lukewarm with too much butter, but I would order again, just light on the butter.

Ordered curbside for my spouse and I. When we arrived they were very busy. After a short wait we received hot food with the order exactly how I ordered it. The food had great color and a wonderful taste. Oh, I have to mention, nice size potions for your money. Great service!

Okay, I remember WHY I haven’t been here for awhile… First of all, the interior feels damp and smells musty… not sure if it is from water damage or what, but it wasn’t appealing. Second the dining area is darkish and not appealing… but that is NOT why I chose the restaurant, I chose it for convinence of the location… and after getting my food, I wish I had been a little more picky… Tony ordered the Shrimp Scampi Pasta… the actual plate looked NOTHING like the photo. but they rarely do… but this one was so off, we had to ask to make sure it was the correct dish… and he got his usual BEER… I ordered the appetizer platter with chicken strips, loaded potato wedges and fried cheese wedges instead of sticks… with the trio dipping sauce. It was good but a little too deep fried, a little dark like it was in there too long or old grease. I will definitely not go back for awhile, there are too many restaurants in Nashville area to be MEH !!! I want to go to places that when they bring me a check for over $ 30 that I can say«It was worth every penny» or «I can’t wait to eat that again»…none of that happened… sorry!!! but again this is my personal opinion and experience. so don’t base your decisions on me!!! Go, enjoy and form your own opinion. My waitress was Julie and she was a doll!!!

Ok, O’Charley’s is my favorite restaurant just because of the rolls they serve. I love them so much that I can put up with bad service, long wait time or expensive food in any O’Charley’s restaurant. This particular restaurant is located in Antioch, so be ready to see bunch of loud black people, especially on weekends. It’s also pretty full during these days. They also have TVs, where you can watch your favorite game play. Food wise they are pretty good. I eat steaks in here every now and then and they are tasty. For the price you pay you get a good steak. Of course, it’s not LongHorn, but still pretty decent. The drinks are good too. Bloody Mary and Margarita are the ones we tasted and they didn’t let us down.
