TL; DR: use pepboys, online service was a breeze and way cheaper!
My tire light came on during my ride to work today. I decided it was time to switch them out.
I booked my tires to be installed today, so I called and wanted to see if I could come in at 545 instead of 630, the lady who answered said «nope. We are booked solid»
I said I’ll just come at my scheduled time, to which she said «no. We can’t help you. We are overbooked».
I said I booked online, she said «well I don’t know what to tell you».
I asked if I didn’t call, and I showed up what would happen, she said «you’d be turned away»…
Offered no other times, help, anything. Won’t use them again.

Worse service I’ve ever received at an auto repair shop.
I went there for an oil change because I got a coupon. I will NEVER return. They wanted to charge me $ 97 to tell me why my check engine light is on. Then they claimed they can’t replace my transmission fluid because they can’t find the dip stick to check the current level.
Horrible customer service to boot!

Update — they got it right this time. More work was needed than anyone realized at first. They did the extra stuff at no charge, possibly to make up for earlier communication issues. We’re cool now

They’re slow servicing you vehicle, over priced and you’ll be lucky if you don’t have to take your vehicle elsewhere to get it repaired after they’re through with it.
