Work I agreed to was reasonably priced, seems to have been fine.
They suggested $ 1400 worth of struts that are absolutely not necessary, which is why I left for a 2nd opinion. Be wary of big repair bills.

I went to NTB on Memorial Day for new tires on my jeep. I went specifically to this location because their website showed that they had the exact tires that I wanted in stock. I did a bunch of research and found NTB to be a little less than a few other places. When my husband and I got there the sales guy (I didn’t get his name) told us that he had similar tires (same brand) that were even less than the ones we wanted and also included an alignment and some other perks. So we ended up going with the better deal, got an alignment and saved some money too. He could have easily sold us the more expensive tires that we specifically requested. We really appreciated that he helped to save us some money instead. I would definitely recommend the Antioch NTB location. Everyone there was really nice.

My husband called on a Sunday and told him to just come right in and they had him out of there literally in about 20 – 25 minutes. Gentleman on phone was very polite and guys there were very respectful which my husband whose a Marine appreciated. I will always use and recommend THIS place. Made such a nuisance experience (flat tire) a little easier of a process. In the nicest way possible, hope we don’t see them again (because who looks forward to having a flat), but if we did it would be a relief that there is a place close by that I trust. Thank you

Real happy with the service. Mike Nowicki was very helpful… showed me my brakes which disintegrated as he held them. yikes. Very lucky I took my car in and they were able to accomodate. Mike was very professional. really appreciate it. highly recommend!

Over an hour do to an oil change. Get real NT&B. Add the crappy customer service to our work order and you’ll never see me in this shop again. If you’re looking to have our car serviced in Antioch, avoid NT&B and drive over to Fast Tire. No I don’t work for Fast Tire. I just know quality service, at a reasonable price. You find neither at NT&B. Wonder what they’ll do with the building when NT&B goes under.

First time back last week to get a set of Michlien tires on my SUV and a new battery, was very happy with the price, as they even beat the pricing of the tire supplier out of Indiana… the Manager Mike, Service Manager Dennis, and tech Ryan were top notch with great attitudes and service. Returned this week to have the fluids changed (both oil and tranie)…bought be right in at the scheduled time and out early, with again exceptional pricing. 19,95 for a valvoline oil change and filter. Will return soon to have wheels aligned…

I would give them a zero if I could. Brought in my service truck with a defective tire had less than 40,000 miles on it and they tried to sell me new tires. All the bay’s were empty which is an indication of what poor service they have. Seemed like they were just lazy and don’t want to work. For me a waste of time. Do yourself a favor and go to discount tire in round Lake

The prices are really high and the employees are rude. Had tires changed there twice and was unhappy both times. They got the job done alright, but I can get a smile and a better price by driving to a competitor in Round Lake, which I have since been doing. Won’t go back to NTB.

After this cold weather, we found ourselves in need of a new tire for our son returning to school the next day. We were able to schedule an online appointment and the work was done promptly. The very next day our other son found himself with a flat tire as well only hours before he needed to be on the road. We went back to this location since they helped us the day before. When we arrived they said they were pretty backed up about a three hour wait. The supervisor walked by and saw we were here the day before and immediately spoke up and got our car completed in under an hour and our son was able to get back to school in time for his scheduled work shift. Being recognized and the extra effort this team made was very much appreciated and we will be back!

Ok so I took my daughter to buy tires for her car, 04 VW Jetta– I told him best deal they had? We’ll their best started at 620 then dropped to 529– then when I told him that was just too much — he then came up with a 450 price– needless to say we declined– went to wal-​mart next door and got them installed for 290. Shop around before you buy– when you see the sign for buy 2 get 2– don’t believe it!

I had my car taken here for a flat tire. There were several people who attempted to take my tire off and put my spare on before it was taken here, without success. Although the Antioch NBT was unable to change my tire, they were very cooperative and helpful in trying other methods to get me home safely. They tried to put a plug in my tire, as well as several other attempts to prevent it from leaking air. Although my service was not completed at this location, I appreciated the kindness the workers at NTB in Antioch provided me with. They even stayed after hours working on my car, while I waited for my ride home to arrive, as I am not from the Antioch area. Four stars because the service was not able to be completed at this location, but the service, teamwork and dedication was great.

Finding a good, all season, low-​profile hasn’t been easy. They’re expensive and have low tread life. Not the Nittos I found at NTB. Well… they’re still expensive, but should last longer than anything else out there. I shopped around for the best deal, and Pep Boys had a better sale, but they couldn’t match the tire. They couldn’t order it. Oh well.
So…I had an appointment to have 4 tires put on, and, for some reason, my appointment was not entered in the computer, and 2 of my tires were given away to Midas that morning. (Pretty much the same company, owned by TBC Corp now) It was an irritating screw up, but they made it right by driving to another store to get the tires!
I picked up my car that afternoon and the job was done! I haven’t noticed anything wrong and they didn’t try to sell me on a bunch of stuff they thought «needed to be replaced». Probably because doing tires and an alignment on a Scion is a small fortune anyway.

I would avoid NTB. Not sure if the Manager was having a bad day but when I came up to the counter I was greated by an older individual, «What do you want?». Seriously? I claimed to not have heard him and ask him, «excuse me?». He repeated it slowly.
Downhill from there. Since I needed service I pressed own to see how long they would take to replace four tires. He said the wait is four hours. No thanks. Apparently this company has some serious internal business gaps. Customer exposure such as this impact the bottom line in many ways.
So bottom line, I would not recommend this place.
