Grade A+++ Service here at this Metro PCS location. And they had the «last» LG Stylo phone they were going to receive till the next shipment and they held it for me, that’s pretty ill if you ask me. Now I will go on a little about what finally lead me to this store…
I been in the market for some weeks for a new phone, I’m a person that always has to be in the know and have the current trends when it comes to technology. My old phone had started to act up and I needed something fast, like how can one Unilocal without a phone? Like really the thought is kinda ubsurd. Plus I would like to think I’m a coo brova and my friends and fans like me: D so I needed something to compliment not only myself. but my smartwatch. After browsing on the Metro PCS webpage I saw exactly what I was looking for. After watching a few reviews on Youtube, I gathered my possie and threw on my gold chain, we were off.
The first Metro PCS off Delta Fair in Antioch didn’t have the phone I was looking for, but they called up this location that I’m currently reviewing and they had just «1» left and offered to hold it for me. I was delighted because at every waking moment, my old phone was holding on for dear life, It had grown old and couldn’t keep up with the times and storage space demands :(As soon as I walked into this location the Clerk (Sorry I forgot her name, but she was cute) had the phone siting on the counter next to her with my name on it: D that made my day indeed and made me anticipate me Unilocaling in HD more and more.
The whole set up process didn’t take that long and the clerk was very helpful and polite. Having sold cellular phones myself before, I knew all the technical lingo she was talking about and my visit was a quick 10 minutes. I was pleased because I had just gotten off work for the weekend and I was beat. Now I sit here on my new phone writing this review for the Unilocaldom!
Like most cellular stores today, they have more dummy phones out for display and less live units due to theft and damaged property. When you walk into this location it looks empty, but they do have all supplies one would need in cellphone purchasing and accessory shopping. So don’t let the look of this place turn you away.
In Conclusion, I’m satisfied with my service and if I need a new phone in the future or have further questions I would not hesitate to visit this location again or call them. And if you’re a Metro PCS user and live this side of the east bay and need a phone or some assistance, do not hesitate to drop by and get your needs met. As always Unilocal your own experience!
