Be careful, I went to this location to get spark plugs, being a mechanic i know what my car takes. The rep kept telling me i need $ 8 platinum plugs. My cars a 94, they didn’t make them back then! After a bit of back & forth i realized he hadn’t scrolled the screen down to the cheaper plugs. He intentionally had it on the higher priced plugs. Needless to say I left with the right plugs at $ 1.50 each. Beware!

I went here to get a new car battery and some wiper blades. The staff was very helpful. They greeted me as soon as I came in & asked what I needed.
What? You mean all I have to do was walk up to the counter, tell them what I need, and they help me choose just what’s right for my car. No wandering the aisles of an auto parts store & feeling a like a complete dork because I’m so out of my element? Score!
After I paid for my things, the helpful clerk offered to carry my new battery out to my car without me having to ask. I didn’t realize how heavy it was until I got home & took it out of my trunk. Did you know those things are full of lead?
He also replaced my wiper blades for me right there in the parking lot and threw away my old ones. Score again!
A few weeks later, I came back with my old battery to get my $ 12 core deposit back. I was concerned because I’d lost the receipt. No problem. It was in their computer system under my phone number. And the clerk was even kind enough to print out a new receipt for me. Did I mention he offered tto do this without my having to ask? Well, he did. This place is awesome!
For a gal like me, who only does basic DIY stuff with my car, I couldn’t ask for more. According to the sticker on the window, they also loan specialty tools for repair work. Hmm. Maybe I’ll start doing more stuff on my Corolla…

The staff was pretty helpful, despite being not so well informed.
Every time I’ve gone there, I’ve had no problem getting anything I need — wiper blades, tire pressure gauge, wiper fluid, etc. etc.

I went in for an exchange, and this Black woman, whose name I think is Jasmine (that’s what is says on the receipt), technically ‘refunded’ me the difference and sold me the right part, but the money was never returned to my checking account. The worst part is, she was rude. It seemed like she didn’t even want to be there helping out a customer. I’m never going to that Kragen again.
