This Jack In The Box isnt the best place to go fast food. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to In N Out.

So i come here when i want jack so couple weeks back i went and some short light mexican girl with dark hair was so rude i never had any service like this before but hers she gave me attitude for no reason i dont kno if she was having a bad day or what but she needs some attention im sad i didnt get her name && they gave me my odrder wrong i always have to double check everything. Anyway i came here yesterday and i had awsome service that girl was not there it was another group this time awsome customer service but i orderd the jalapeño poppers and 4 out of 7 of them were only cheese with no jalapeño i was dissapointed because this is my favorite thing out the menu i always look forward to them.

The burger was good once the cheese melted. Who makes an ultimate cheeseburger and doesn’t melt the cheese?! Come on!
Here’s my big concern… the amount of homeless people in the parking lot. And it wasn’t just because it was a Saturday afternoon. They’re there all the time, digging through the trash, standing around, sleeping up against the building. Why isn’t the manager kicking them off the property?

It’s good but the customer service is kinda bad they’re lazy and they should do something with the headphones because the employees can’t hear or its just their hearing

If I cod give this location a 0 I would! I just went and got 2 munchies meals, the sandwiches were nasty and soggy the fries were burnt and extra salty I couldn’t even finish my food! This location is awful it’s not the first time I get nasty food like this, I will not come back and advise you not to go. Bad food real bad,

I am giving a five star for my normal service at this location, I regularly go there, usually getting their 1.29 big cheeseburger, with lettuce tomato and onion, my daughter gets a meal, the burgers are fantastic with everything on it. BUT tonight, my son stopped on the way home and bought meals for him and his sister and ordered my usual cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato… I got a dry burger with a little sauce on top, I was going to write a horrible review, but decided rather to go on the wonderful service of the past and just to add this horrible burger into the review, I would’ve done the survey, which I normally do on their great service, but the cashier did not even give my son a receipt, so I could not even phone or give a review… very disappointed with this particular visit. I will still continue to go there, because luckily I know this is not the norm, but will be checking my order before leaving in future.

It’s a fast food restaurant just like all the rest and there aren’t that many food choices to begin with in Antioch. I had the breakfast meal that included scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon and/​or sausage, and pancakes. When you’re having fast food breakfast, you really can’t be too picky about the quality of the food so overall it was okay.

I went through the drive thru, try to order my food and the lady on the other end didn’t answer for about 30 seconds. We had to repeat our order four times before she was able to actually process the order and give us a total. When we got to the window we found out the employee was named Chelsea. She was very rude and inconsiderate. Our order was incorrect and cold the fries have been read it and weren’t even hot.

Letter to Jack for sure. They kept my bank card and made it seem like I «lost» it from the time I pulled out and back in to he parking lot! Manager working right now didn’t even entertain my idea of leaving my name and number just in case because she insisted they didn’t have it. Trying to teach your new hire how to make a raspberry iced tea before giving me my card back. Didn’t even give me a receipt! Good thing for me I cancelled my card as soon as I got home. I ransacked my car and purse to no avail. Crooked manager. Nice staff. Karma’s a bitch. If I come across my card, I would definitely erase all of this and call to apologize. However … It’s NOT in my car or purse. I guess I lost it making a u-​turn back into the parking lot. Shady manager. I’d like to see the security camera footage to show that she kept it too. It was my dumb ass who was thinking her staff was nice and to even realize she was snagging my card! Never coming back.

Nice and friendly staff. Very courteous and pleasant cashier Maria. Frequently come here for breakfast with my folks!!!

Just to keep in mind If u get the new blazing chicken sandwich it is a very messy sandwich but it’s good! Not too hot! Yummy!

I love the Ultimate Cheeseburger! I’m just not impressed with their potato products. Good go-​to for quick drink and sandwich.

My wife and I ate breakfast here on Saturday, unlike other fast food restaurants, you can get breakfast all day here. I tried their premium coffee for the first time, and it was very good. The cons of this location are: it’s very old and seating inside is limited; there are often homeless people hanging out in the lot (note-​they have large no loitering signs now, but APD is too busy to enforce this); and the lobby wasn’t cleaned often enough in my opinion. The location in Brentwood is WAY nicer, but unfortunately it is quite a ways away.

I gave it two stars because I had my purse stollen and the thief used my credit card today at this particular Jack in the Box. The workers have the video surveillance but will not release it. I am praying the cops get it… as the thief went to Chevron next door too… if you saw someone with a red fossil purse today (6÷16÷11 at around 5:-5:15pm…let me know… Play a part in making no more crime…

Our lives are completely determined by time these days.
So when I signed up to go take a tour of the maternity ward at the hospital on a Monday night at 7pm with my husband… He deserved a going home treat for being up so late.
His request was a shake at Jack In The Box.
Not my favorite choice of a place but he deserved a treat for staying out late on a school night.
We went through the drive-​thru. The girl greeted us through the talking box. Then a fuzzy male voice sounds like its breaking in and speaking in a very effeminate voice in spanish. I could hear the girl taking the order giggle.
She made sure the order was correct and as we drove away I heard some more odd Spanish and giggling. It must have been joke night.
Ok what ever. My husband got the Oreo Shake regular sized. I got the Stawberry shake.
When I paid I could tell the woman taking the orders was looking at me like,“I hope she can take a joke.“
Ok I can. If I had to work at JnB on the late shift Id be messing around all night too. Therefore because I can take a practical joke they get 3 stars.
He loved his shake. I only drank less than half of mine. It was way to fake Strawberry tasting. So he drank the rest of mine.
I vowed to never come back to JnB but when your husband wants a treat, you treat.
Plus I like jokes just as much as the next person. 3 stars for the comedy.

One of the ‘better’ Jack In the Box restaurants in East County.
They have a good staff and the food is almost always great.
The homeless seem to love hanging-​out in front.

So FIVE taco-​licious stars for the free lunch I’m having today!

If you pull into a jack in the box drive-​thru in reverse, they won’t take your order.

Love this JITB! It’s a little sketchy, but they produce[d] the best bacon bacon cheeseburger!
