Although I’m a lazy person, I like to look like I’ve made an effort. Stevie at iCandy is making my life so much easier. My lashes are glorious and lush, I’m the envy of my friends and I still get to sleep as late as possible in the morning. I could not recommend this salon more highly. Not only are all of the employees friendly and happy, but they are gentle and professional. I have some reactions to adhesives, but Stevie takes care of me so that I’ve never had a problem at all. ICandy is the absolute best. I don’t even live out here… I drive from San Mateo just to get beautiful. Best place ever!

Nicole is awesome! I’ve had my lashes done for about 3 months now and I LOVE them! I am pretty high maintenance and Nicole always listens and makes adjustments when I need them. When anyone compliments me on my lashes, I always say «Visit Eye Candy and ask for NICOLE!’

Nichole is AMAZING. I have the platinum membership and I go and see Nichole faithfully every two weeks. She’s the only person I let do my lashes. I have very sensitive skin and she always takes the proper precautions to insure that I’m okay. Nichole always makes sure that I’m comfortable and that means a lot to me. My lashes make me feel fabulous. I have stopped wearing makeup because my lashes are so bomb I don’t even need it (which is dope because my skin is now glowing) I never have issues with my lashes falling out and my set looks awesome even when I’m due for an infill. On top of having the talent, Nichole is sweet, very professional and has great customer service. Nichole is a master technician and she definitely deserves that title. If you ever want lashes the only person to see is Nichole. She’ll have you feeling like a super model when you leave leave iCandy :)

After reading some of the reviews, I hope I can write one good enough to outweigh the others. I have never had a bad experience here and my daughter and I both visit many times per month. We have always been treated pleasantly and professionally.
My daughter gets her brows threaded here and we are both pleased with the results. She has been threaded by several other gals at other places and I would say they look awesome from the gals here!
My lashes… oh dear sweet Beezus my lashes are the best thing ever! Nicole does my lashes and she does an excellent job! I bought a membership and I go every week just because I have become addicted to having every lash in its place. I don’t know what she does but they stay on so incredibly well it is amazing! I debated doing this a long time and started out with a Groupon. The only bad thing I can say is that you quickly become addicted and I can’t imagine ever going without!
I truly can’t rave about Nicole enough!

I love it, Stevie is great makes me feel beautiful every time I come in. This is the most amazing thing, I don’t need to worry about run off mascara, look pretty every morning best investment ever

Stevie is incredible!!! Went in for a special occasion and got hooked. She took her time & explained all my options and helped me select the best lashes for the look I wanted. She also took her time to do a great job and now does upkeep for me weekly because I became a member. Never wanna stop wearing these lashes.

Do not go here! My eyes have been burning and itching since I had a lash lift and tint 3 days ago and I am on my way to Urgent Care. I asked my artist Stevie if I should take my contacts out before and she said «no.». Well after I have done research I find out that you must ALWAYS take out contacts first! During the tint I asked her if it was normal that my eyes were burning and she said” Yes. Is it tolerable? Then wait a few more minutes”, And, again, after research I found out that you should remove everything and flush eyes IMMEDIATELY at the first sign of burning. They are unsafe and apparently their employees have not been well trained.

I give them a one star mainly because of the poor customer service. I bought the groupon deal that was 115 it included the first time set and two two week in fills. I went to Nicole and did a horrible job. My eyelashes only lasted for about four days. Anyways to make the story short I had made an appointment in which they called me twice to reschedule. So finally I show up to my appointment and the receptionist Amanda tries to make it seem like they accidentally sat down the wrong Jennifer. Which clearly was a lie because I could see all the other girls smirking. I told her it was ok I would wait because I left work early in order to get to my appointment. At this point I felt really uncomfortable. For them to really go to that extent just not to see me was really unprofessional. If they don’t like taking groupons they should let it be known on their website. At the end of the day we are all paying customers and I feel we deserve to be treated the same. Just know that if you have the groupon deal they won’t do as good as of a job.

So in Nov I purchased a groupon deal $ 115 with 2 fills. The first time I got my eyelashes done was for my wedding with stevie. I decided to wait on the review till I was done with all my sessions just to see if I would buy the membership& see if the experience was better. To start I had to go back the same day of my first time getting them done but the sweet owner helped me out I have seen her a couple time at my branch always so nice. So Im picky my right eyelash looked like it had more lol. My first day the girls in the salon were talking about how they had ran out of glue& they all had to share?? Uhuhh hits why 3 days after getting them done they were falling I was so upset when my friend was doing my makeup for my wedding most of the lashes were gone so she had to put fake ones on top of those. I called them the day of my wedding spoke with a girl not amber and the girl told me if I could go in, I explained it was my wedding day (nov28sat) (had them done wednov25) I will be be gone, back on dec4 because of my honeymoon she said not to worry she notated the issue they would fix the issue which would have been 2 week of getting them done) Nope Amber said its already been to late they only fix them 2 days after getting them done W. e I let it slide I really didn’t feel like arguing, now into my 2^nd fill loved them stevie again did them they lasted 2 weeks I was happy. i have a busy work sched like everyone else especially around the holidays so I unfortunately went back 2 weeks and my groupon offer expired so i payed 30. ok so now I got my eyelashes done last fri the 30^th by Karla and my lashes are falling again a lot every time i brush them they fall and she added so much glue on the lashes they feel hella hard and stiff even itch. Don’t know what to think about this place I want to like it but sorry its a lot of money and for the equality its not worth it to me wish I would have had a better experience.

I’ve been getting my lashes done for almost a year. Kristin is the best! My lashes always look amazing. Amanda at the front desk is always so helpful. She helps schedule my appointments and calls to remind me so I don’t forget. These ladies keep me coming back!

Time getting my eyebrows threaded and I loved the results. It’s very inexpensive and they do a beautiful job. I’ve been getting my eyebrows waxed for over 20 years they have officially converted me to threading.

Lovely little boutigue-​y cosmetic eye service salon. Gotta have Kiran and the other brow threader-​great with their craft. Leaving satiated, I always enjoy coming back 2 weeks later!

I have recently been going to icandy salon to get my eyelashes done. I was referred to Nicole through a co-​worker/​friend of mine. I love my eyelash extensions so much that I just purchased a membership. Nicole is always professional, nice, and a pleasure to see. I love her work. I have recommended Nicole to everyone who compliments me on my eyelashes. I think her professionalism and personality make her an assest to your business.

This is a screwed up business. I made my apt on Tuesday for a lash tint and lift with Hailey for Thursday at 10 am. I left my cell phone number and email address. When I arrived there was no record of my appointment. None. At first they didn’t know what to do. Then offered me another technician. Fine. Waited another 10 minutes only to have her return to tell me she was so sorry but they didn’t have the rods necessary for the lash lift. No materials. It’s now 45 minutes later and I have nothing. No tinted lashes, no offer of come back tomorrow. NaDa. Very very disappointing experience. Never have experienced such a fiasco in any salon. Ever. Beware!

I decided to try this place out because I heard good things about them. I made a same day appointment to get my eyebrows threaded but my end result wasn’t the best I’ve had. My eyebrows are uneven and I left with many cuts on my face. The picture is the morning after getting my brows threaded and it stings! The woman who did my brows said I had a lot of ingrown hairs, that’s why it did this, but I’ve never had this problem before. I also told her I did not want to go thinner, only a clean up, but they are much thinner than when I came in. Also when she was done she just said «okay you’re done» and didn’t hand me a mirror to look at my brows. I had to get up and look in the mirror myself which was a little odd but not that big of a deal. In total I paid $ 10 which is a great price, but I’m not sure that will keep me coming back.

Bought a groupon for mascara like extensions w/​2 infills.
Maria did my extensions and I must say she did an amazing job! I went in again for my infills and Maria did an amazing job again!!! She is consistent in her skills, and professional!
The only issues I had was the salon running out of the eye gel pads the first time I went in. They only had «medical grade tape» which made my eyes red and sore for a couple days. I let that slide these lashes were too fierce. Also I was charged a $ 15 non refundable appt. fee bc I bought the extensions through groupon. Thought that was weird. Other than that I’m happy with my results. Keep up the great work!

So far so good! Had Kristen fix me up with a glamour set, so will see how they feel after I test them out!

I don’t remember the name of the woman who did my lashes. She was pretty with a bunch of tattoo’s. #rock! Anyway, this was my first time getting eyelash extensions and so I went with the super dramatic luxurious ones. Today is ³⁄₁₃ and I’ve had them since the day before Valentines day. They still look great.

Just wanted to give a shout out to #Kenval from eye candy! She threaded my atrocious eye brows today and did an AMAZING job!!! So perfect and so precise !! Threading over waxing any way!!! Thanks again Kenval! I will see you again in two weeks! Xoxo
