Specialties

Hilltop Christian Preschool specializes in preschoolers from the ages of 2 – 5 years old. Each classroom specializes with a certain age group and their focus is to help those children develop their social, emotional, psychological and physical needs.

We have 3 amazing and educated Preschool teachers and 2 great teacher aides that help out with the classrooms.

Hilltop is a proud Christian preschool and we encourage that our facility reflect that in every way. We have worship songs and stories in the morning and we love to focus on the beautiful world that God made for us and the beautiful people in it.

Every staff here at Hilltop Christian preschool has a unique and different way of teaching; however our common goal is to teach children in a safe environment and to make sure every child gets their needs met.

History

Established in 1990.

The building where we are located now is not the original building of this preschool. Hilltop Christian preschool was added on to Hilltop Christian School in 1990 when a caring family wanted a Christian preschool to put their children in. The preschool has always been connected to the school ever since, and has been growing through the years. This school has always been in the city of Antioch, CA and it was also built on a hill over looking Belshaw Elementary. Now we are located on another hill over looking Lone Tree plaza and Deer Valley High School.

Liliana A.

Manager

I am Ms. Liliana, and I have been working here for almost 3 years. I am the teacher of the Busy Bees class (Pre-​K) and I am also one of the directors for this amazing school. I graduated from Pacific Union College with a BS in Early Childhood Education and a minor in Psychology.

I absolutely love this age group and what they have to offer me as a teacher. They teach me to appreciate the simple things in life and that a smile and a hug can go a very long way. I love how they are so eager to learn and how their brain works in all the different age groups.

I adore this facility and all the people I work with and I hope you can learn to adore them too.

As my daughters 2nd year here closes. We continue to enjoy this Christian school & the teachers. We are grateful to have Mrs. Cornell as her 1st & 2nd grade teacher. It amazes me how much my daughter has learned over the two years. As we move into the 3rd grade we look forward to the next teacher & a new school year.

In January I moved from Millbrae to Antioch, we are so happy as a family to be able to send our kids to Hilltop Christian School, they have a good structure of discipline and they show them how to love God.

I love the fact that my children are getting the attention they need. I also like that my children are very enthusiastic about sports with the new coach. The new principal is very kind and my children are very happy to be there. This school and their staff are a huge blessing, may God continue to lead them, they are doing a great job.

The school has a new principal, Mr. Lepulu and since his arrival have seen some positive changes. The school has proactively raised money to upgrade technology in the class rooms and with that has given us hope and satisfaction in keeping our two boys enrolled. We are hopeful in the continued success of this school. It is important that our boys learn in a positive, structured, caring and Christian environment thus can confidently recommend this school.

My daughter first went to Hilltop Christian Preschool and I loved the staff and the environment so much I decided to enter her in school at Hilltop Christian School. She started as a kindergartener and is now in the first grade there. The teachers are amazing and very friendly. The education that she is receiving is good as well especially since there is not so many kids to a classroom which is great for the kids because they get the most one on one attention that they need and deserve. Me my husband feel really good about our decision in having her attend this school. My others daughter will be enrolled in there next year as well as a kindergartener.

My Son is a kindergartener at Hilltop and also attended their pre-​K program. I absolutely love the school. In addition to the campus being well cared for and very secure, my son is learning so much both in curriculum and values. He sings so many of the young Christian songs that I grew up on around the house and is always excited to tell me about different facts he learned in class. Mrs. K is excellent and very patient. Her open door policy is perfect for a mother like me who likes to participate in the classroom, and she always gladly welcomes my 7 month old daughter as well. I am very blessed to have found an awesome school that is so close to home.
