Gutter King

My husband called to schedule an appointment for an estimate on our gutters and spoke with a man who identified himself as an «owner» of the business. My husband explained what we were looking for and he said he would have someone out at noon on friday (This was Monday morning).
Took off work to make sure someone would be there to explain what we needed or didnt need. Well noon came and went, no call from the company to say they would be late. So I planned on waiting until after one pm to call and find out what was going on.
My husband received a phone call right before one asking «if this was DON and we were looking for a new chimney correct?!» My husband’s name is JOHN and we were obviously looking for gutters (he told her).
The lady on the phone says she can send someone out next Friday. My husband informed her that there was ALREADY supposed to be someone there TODAY and they never showed up. She babbled on about how sorry she was and that the owner (name verified) never actually scheduled anything. She then says «I’ll have someone out tomorrow morning at 11am! Take down my personal number and if they don’t show up I’ll come do it myself!»
Thr next day at noon we call to tell her they never showed up AGAIN!!! And her response is «let me call and see where they are!» NO THANK YOU!!!
THESE PEOPLE ARE COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE!!!
