I have been taking my car here for 4 years. They have always been honest and their prices are fair. They never try to up sale me when I am getting oil changes. They have done my breaks, the wiring harness, my ac, my starter, and multiple oil changes and tune ups.
my best friends brother is a mechanic but he likes 2 hours away, whenever I see him I have him check out my car and he always says they did the work they said they did. And they always charge what is expected for the work.
Also the waiting room is nice and clean. I would tell everyone to go there. Fix it is a great place to get your car fixed!

I am the co-​owner of Sue’s truck. We were badly treated here and when the owner sent us to another shop they merely backed up the Fixit place. The car left with more problems than it went in with. AND it was not easy to get money back. I am a legitimate reviewer.

Excellent shop, they have good mechanics from my 2 visits there the work has been excellent and the prices are great. I will definitely use them with all 3 of my vehicles and refer friends and family there.

Zero stars for this awful shop. After 2 ½ weeks in the shop, they botched the transmission rebuild job on my truck. The transmission ran worse than when I took it in! They sent me to another shop, because they could not fix it. The other shop was incompetent, too. I finally took it to Pittsburg Automotive, who had to replace the transmission with a new rebuilt one. I am in the process of trying to recover the $ 2,300 I spent at Fixit. But I will never recover all of the lost time and I regret all of the aggravation that this experience caused me. Run as fast as you can from this place!

I went back to Fix-​It for the third time — this time for the installation of an Oxygen Sensor. As always, they were thorough, professional and had the job done in record time — about 20 minutes. The great staff and management continue to amaze and impress me. I can recommend them to anyone for a wide variety of repairs. Courteous and completely honest, this class act family owned business won me over on the first visit! Thanks, Fix-​It!

The service was amazing. Upon coming to the shop I was greeted by a warm staff that assured me a great price for great work. I did not have all the funds for my transmission to get fix on hand. Though that was the case they were able to get me approved for financing. The financing process went smooth and my truck has been driving smooth ever since.

I have brought my car to this shop two times in the last month. I am happy to have done so. This shop checks all the boxes for what I am looking for in an auto repair shop. I wont be going anywhere else in the future. Cesar and Dietrich are the man. Dietrich went out of his way to stay almost an hour after the shop closed on a Friday so I could come and get my car. Dietrich, if you are reading this, thanks a lot of going out of your way to help me. I will be recommending this shop to all of my family and friends. If you want great work for reasonable prices, come to this shop.

I’ve been coming to fixit Automotive even before they moved to this location. Each and every time I’ve brought a car in they’ve been very good at fixing what I needed and telling me what else could be fixed as well. Dietrich has always been up front and honest about what needs to be worked when it comes to whatever vehicle I’ve brung to him. I’ve referred family, friends and they’ve all had great things to say and a good experience with Dietrich and his employees.

Hey just left fix it automotive geeks all I can say is wow great customer service way reasonable prices and really good mechanics if I would have knew they were that close I would have brought my other vehicles there many moons ago! Hands down best experience.

Zero stars for this corrupt business. The owner, Dietrich is a liar and a con man. I brought my car to this shop in good faith for some repairs it needed. I was told it would be ready for pick up on a Monday, but it wasn’t ready until Wednesday afternoon, an hour after I was promised the night before, making me late for work. After I paid the bill, they gave me my key and I got in my car to drive away, however the radio would not turn on, just showing ‘radio code’ in the display. The radio worked fine before I took it there. Dietrich refused to fix the radio or pay to have another shop repair it, even though his shop was responsible for the problem (they disconnected the battery without saving the code first). I filed a formal complaint with the bureau of automotive repair and I will next contact the news media to expose this shop and my experience on TV. I feel bad for the employees, they seem friendly enough, but Dietrich is an arrogant, self-​centered owner and I advise everyone to avoid this shop at all costs.
