I’ve taken my grandmother to this location for the past few years. I’ve had nothing but great experiences, but I really appreciate the language diversity of their staff. Spanish is not my first language by any means but they communicate so we’ll with her. Plus their selection is really nice. I always end up looking at glasses for myself every time I go in there! Overall, it’s great customer care and we’ll continue going.

Brilliant and knowledgeable staff. I had been having problems with my vision for quite some time and was always a bit stubborn about wearing glasses but after my visit with Doctor Ranola I was thoroughly convinced about the benefits of wearing glasses from now on.
Spacious office, great eye wear selection and good prices.

The doctors are very good and friendly a complete eye exam was done. Job well done Receptionists there on the other hand is very confused, tacky, and rude… I was given the wrong prescription twice and they lost my wife’s glasses and blamed the confusion on the lab. «Please» get a new staff or get them better training in the profession..

My entire family is seen at Family Optometric Vision Care. Dr. Ranola is very thorough in her exams and is very careful to honor my time constraints. I usually try to go there during my lunch hour and her staff do their very best to make sure that I am seen on time and that I am taken care of. I always get kind and courteous reminder calls when I have an appointment coming up.

Dr Sim was great very knowledgeable and on her A game definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good optometrist.

My family and I have come to this office for several years. All of the office staff is courteous, helpful and informative about insurance issues. Dr. Sim is great! She is extremely thorough with her exam, explains all her findings and does her best to find the best treatment for me. I feel great coming here because I know I am in good hands.

Awful. Simply stunned.
I have been a loyal customer here for over 4 years. I am easy to please, and buy a brand name frame + upgraded lenses every year. Recently they dropped the ball big time on an order I made. It took double the time they quoted for it to arrive, and in the end what they quoted me for, their lab couldn’t even do! They didn’t tell me (of course) until I had already paid them, they then altered my order, and when they finally arrived they looked horrid… absolutely awful. In the end, I had to demand a refund when they came in horribly wrong. I mean… seriously horribly WRONG. No apologies. Nothing.
I’m extremely fair and honest and I understand that mistakes can happen. BUT — When I looked deeper, I noticed that their office was charging me different prices for the same services every time I inquired about options on the lenses. I finally had to show them that even in THEIR OWN RECORDS the quotes for the same items were different. I can only assume they have a profit amount they want to make in their heads, so they just charge you accordingly.
HIGHLY UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE. After all these years, I’m now wondering how many frames I’ve overpaid for.
I called VSP myself and they were apauled at the bad service and unwillingness to reverse the claim the office filed to my insurance. VSP is even looking into the matter themselves! The office refunded my purchase, but refused to reverse the claim with VSP, thus negating my frames benefit for this calendar year! UNACCEPTABLE!
Luckily, VSP took my side on this matter 100%, and added a new authorization for lenses from any provider I choose, so I will be taking my business elsewhere shortly.
LOOK ELSEWHERE!

They must have lost my order for glasses! They will never say… but after 11 business days of waiting — I receive NO call that there is a «delay». No word on what happened to the initial 1.5 weeks of ‘supposedly’ getting glasses in… I had to call and find out to follow up. Don’t expect good follow-​up at this place.
Now they have ‘supposedly’ requested to get my order expedited and get my glasses ‘soon’. No word when… just soon. I should have just gone somewhere else. Too bad I paid my order in advance — and they already cashed my check within 1 week… They sure are fast with that!
I don’t mind waiting for an order — but It would have been nice to at least get a call to let me know what is going on with my order. Disappointed!

I have been coming here for years now. There is a low turnover rate for staff which is very nice. They have seen my daughter grow up over the years. They are extremely friendly, helpful, thorough, and understanding. They understand what your insurance will cover and there are never any hidden fees. They have frames available in the office and they have great yearly sales on frames.
Mostly though, the optometrists and the staff are awesome and that means a lot to me!
