I love Deer Valley Dental…
Everyone from the front desk, all the assistants and Dentists are cheerful and friendly even when they are busy and I like it when professionals are busy; it means they have a lot of customers and clients.
Everyone there is professional yet personable, they take their time and never cause you to feel as though you are not being attended to.
They answer all of my questions, and they never forget to ask if I am okay and comfortable during procedures.
Everyone in my family are now patients at Deer Valley Dental and they all switched from their previous dentists.
Deer Valley Dental makes a dentist appointment much less painful physically and mentally.

& they cry bitch and moan at my MOM for the truthful review who still is a patient for some reason. HAHA. Waaaaah

I’ve been going to Deer Valley Dental for years and everyone here is great! The staff is polite and cheerful. Dr. Guerrero is always very honest and professional. Can’t say enough good things about them!!!

Negative stars if I could. I have been a patient there for over 5 years and the last visit I had with them was terrible. They cancelled my appointment without telling me and I took time off work to go down there. The front desk staff was rude. The woman reffered to me as «that girl who cancelled her appointment last week» (i called to reschedule a week before. not cancel!) to the dentist instead of addressing me by my name. She went into the back, but said it loud enough for me to her the annoyance in her voice. The other girl’s cell phone rang «Sexyback» very loudly and instead of muting it while I was there, she interupted our conversation to take the call. They tried to «squeeze me in», but who wants to be rushed through a dental exam? I declined and left the office… never to return.
I must say that the dentists there are good, the front desk staff ruined my interest in ever going back.
UPDATE: I found a new dentist and he was really great. I’ll Unilocal about him later.
