I had been putting off some major projects at my house basically needing someone who could do all of the work needed, including electrical work, rebuilding of a pergola, repacking sinking pavers, building a fence on one side of my yard, painting my living room and hallway and finishing my garage with cabinets, a new sink and countertops. I also wanted a loft storage with a pulldown ladder since I have a raised ceiling in my garage. All of the work was completed within 2 ½ weeks. I have a different home and couldn’t be happier with the work done. The men were professional and came on time each day.

We were subcontracted by Rick Clairmont of Cutting Edge Construction for a project that was completed. He did not pay us upon completion and strung us out with false promises to pay the bill. Rick would not return phone calls or emails. This contractor is not a reliable company. If you decide to hire this company just be aware that he may not pay his subcontractors and in turn, your property will have a lien filed on it. Also he told my boss when we came to pick up the check that I bugged him for for months«too bad you weren’t patient I would have given you more work». No thanks, buddy we don’t work for bad contractors. You will go down when you treat your subs bad. Unilocal has a huge following.
