Very helpful my agitator wasn’t working. They knew exactly what was wrong and gave me the parts to fix it. Instead of hitting me up for the full price of a kit .

I’m dissatisfied with the service ethics I just experienced from Cornejo’s Antioch. I thought my washer had gone out– it is an older washer, so I shopped for and bought one from Cornejo’s Antioch. When theirs also didn’t work after hooking it up, I and the deliverer checked and discovered it was the circuit breaker (duh on my part). With delivery guy STILL present, I turned on the breaker and the washer worked. So, I asked if their washer could be returned since it was a mistake. Here we go: Deliverer says he doesn’t know, I’ll have to call. And I can’t hook yours back up. Me: Why not? You just unhooked it. Him: Because if something happens, I can’t be responsible for it (JUST put on the truck, mind you) And whoever answered the phone, presumably the owner, of course said no refund because that’s what it says on the receipt. OK fine. My mistake, but this was obviously no harm done. They just missed out on me giving them more business, plus referring more business to them, instead of giving a negative review. Enjoy my first and last $ 260, Cornejo’s. Hope the loss of business made it worth it to you. Guess I’ll see if it lasts 6 months, my warranty period. The way you do business, it better not be 6 months and 1 day! By the way, I have a perfectly working Kenmore washer for sale!

We purchased a reconditioned refrigerator from Cornejo, it had a fan problem and they came to our home three times to find and correct the problem. Excellent service and the problem was finally tracked down. We loved the fridge and didn’t want to swap it out. We also had need of a house call for a gas dryer. Again, fast response and a quick solve. Customer service is excellent and prices and very affordable.

if you want them for appliance repairs they are excellent and affordable, they have fixed my dryer and my microwave and saved me $$$$ it is better to repair than replace

Recently my old washer broke, so we came here and picked out a Maytag, which ended up being too big for the space I had for it. I talked with the owner and that same day they replaced it with a smaller one I picked out and even refunded me the difference because the Maytag was more money. The replacement worked great, but after a month, it wouldn’t rinse or spin. I called them and they sent a repairman out within the hour! He replaced a switch on it, so now it is working great again! I was surprised how the owner worked with me to solve the problems I had. Not many business people will do that for you! Cornejo’s Appliances wants you to be a happy customer! In the past, I have bought a freezer and a dryer from them too! They have reasonable prices compared to buying it new! They have great customer service! I would recommend them to anyone!

Received a washer and dryer from Cornejo Appliances over a year ago and absolutely love it! No problems what so ever! Christie is the one who assisted me and she was a breathe of fresh air to deal with. Not pushy what so ever and helped by answering any questions I had. I would Definitely recommend buying from them. Also love how it is a family business!

Cornejo s appliances fixed my washer within 48 hrs I called they came pick it up, got the estimate (affordable of course) got my washer back and is working fine. love it!

We bought a washer and dryer there and the washer lasted 8 months and the dryer lasted 15 months! We had to buy new machines afterwards because we thought these units would last a few years at worst!!! Don’t recommend shopping there,.

Christie and Juan who run the Antioch store are good people. They mainly sell used and refurbished appliances and we purchased all our kitchen appliances from them as part of a kitchen remodel. Originally, we had purchased a white oven from them, but when we changed our minds and decided to go with stainless steel before we had installed the oven, they graciously took the oven back and gave us store credit. Subsequently, Christie helped us find a different oven, a hood/​microwave and a fridge. All the appliance we purchased came with a 6mo warranty. When they delivered the appliance they had to go across our refinished floors, but took care and didn’t leave a single mark. Shortly after we started using the freezer I noticed that the temperature was fluctuating and getting kinda warm. When I called, They came out the next day, identified the problem (a door seal), fixed it in about 15min, and we have not had a problem since. It was great– NO HASSLE. Their selection is not huge, but if you are patient, Christie can help you get what you are looking for at a good price. It is always wonderful to work with kind, honest people.
