Dr. Cain and his team are dedicated to integrity in orthodontics. Besides his extensive background, he stays current with technical advancements. These include super gentle wires, Laser surgery and mini implants, and Invisalign; all for better, more predictable results. His clinical team are all Registered Dental Assistants who are highly skilled in both treating and communicating with patients. His buisness staff is equally skilled in clearifying insurance benifits and payment plans. Dr. Cain and his team build a relationship with their patients based on integrity and clear communication.

Business Owner

Dr Cain has a long and broad background in dentistry. After earning his B. S Suma Cum Laud from Jacksonville University in 1981 he recieved his DDS from Case Western Reserve University in 1985. He them completed a General Practice Residency at Oklahoma Teaching Hospitals. He then served three years in the United States Navy Dental Corp. His second residency was in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Case Western Reserve, where he restored implants and completed complex full mouth rehabilitations. He became a post-​doctoral teaching fellow and was also on staff at University Hospitals in Cleveland treating medically compromised patients. After a brief return to the U.S. Navy at NATO Hospital in Naples, Italy. Dr. Cain completed his orthodontic residency, earning his MSD in 1994.
