Horrible! While waiting to check my car in I overheard 2 guys discussing their recent repairs and both were still experiencing problems. That should have been my clue. We were there to get a hose replaced… simple. The next week I noticed fluid in my driveway. My husband took the car back they kept the car overnight called and said it needed a sensor ($ 250) that would have to be ordered. My husband told the tech he was coming to get the car and taking it to a shop that specialized in mercedes. when we got there the tech told my husband he tightened the hose and that might have been the problem. Ironically there was a women picking her car up to take it somewhere else because she had been waiting a few days for them to repair her car and it had just been sitting. As it turned out the car didn’t need a sensor. I wouldn’t trust them

One day my cars battery died so I decided to get my car towed to Auto Tek since I was referred to them by a really close friend of mine. They were extremely helpful and very explanatory. If I didn’t know what was going on with my car they’d try and help me understand as much as they could. They make sure to call me once they get started on my car and how long they think it’ll take. Then they’ll call me the moment they are done or near finished. I’ve been going to them with almost every car problem I have (which isn’t as often as it use to be.) They have a very small location and at times seems completely full, but they will always find room for your car.

Had my Jeep towed after it wouldn’t turn over, and after I tried installing a starter myself. The people who worked there spoke to me in layman terms — explained the problem and even fixed a battery cable after the diagnostics. These people know their stuff. You should ask for KELLY, he is an Auto Tek wizard.

This place USED to be very good, it was inexpensive with trusting mechanics. However, I recently took my car in for a new radiator. Not only did they have my car for 3 days but the day after I got it back my check engine light came on, I let them know and they said they need my car back to figure it out? I can’t afford to not have a car again and inconvenience others. I know my car and it seems fine except And now its acting really weird like stalling to go in gear. Not happy. Will not be going back.

I recently brought my car in for a smog check for my registration renewal. Well there were some problems (Check engine light on) because it didn’t pass smog. I then had a diagnostic run revealing what the issue may be. I brought my car back the following weekend to have the recommended work performed. Well, there was a huge miscommunication by an employee and the work on my car was NEVER done. Needless to say I WAS VERY VERY UNHAPPY! I contacted Jay and explained the situation to him (he was completely unaware of the situation). Jay immediately went into full damage control and corrected the situation. The cost of the diagnostic was applied to the work I had done — great! All repairs to my car were performed and it has now passed smog! I am satisfied with the work performed and especially the service I received. I highly recommend them — they are fair and good at what they do. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will be going back in a few weeks for some additional work that needs to be done on my car. Its nice to have a neighborhood mechanic that you can trust.

I love their service Guy name Kelly and a guy name Jay is the best at what they do. I went there and got the best price in town. They made me feel like family I have been there 3 times and I Love these guys and there service. I would not trust No one else with my vehicles. Make sure you check these guys out and tell them I sent you.

If I could give this zero stars I would. I brought my car here for a smog check and they drove my car into the shop after waiting over an hour. Two minutes later they say there’s a check engine light on. No light on when I brought it to them, and the they say «that will be 40.00 bucks». I said «WTF», they said pay us or you don’t get the car. Get it fixed and then bring it back for a retest, of course you get to pay again. Stay away from these jokers!

Excellent service! The whole staff are friendly and helpful. I took my 2006 Ford Escape in for struts and tire rods. However, Autotek did their own diagnosis and found out that the problem is not the struts and tire rods but the arm control. They notified me right away. When I picked up the SUV, I was beyond satisfied! Thanks so much! I’ll be bringing in my G37 soon.

The diagnostic fee is waived when you decide to repair your vehicle there. Highly recommended!

Took in my beefed up Firebird to these guys and they fixed the exhaust leak quickly. Not only that, they were also very friendly :)

My 2002 Chevy Suburban didn’t pass smog and of course not having the $ to even diagnosis I took my car back several weeks later and Auto Tek was quick to get my car in (with no appointment). They called me with a diagnosis the same day. After giving me a quote the still shopped around for the part (EVAP Canister) for lower prices which they did find. They were quick to order the part and get my car back in working order so I could drive it around for a day so my car can pass smog (the re-​test is free). Thanks Vince for the wonderful customer service! I found a new place I can trust and know that I won’t get ripped off! You guys r awesome!!!

I found these guys when I called around to a few different places to replace my transfer case on my 05 Gmc Yukon. Auto Tek was a lot cheaper and the quality of work was very good. I haven’t had any problems. I thought I heard some noise coming from the transfer case a few months later and they looked at it & found out it was my rear differential NOT the transfer case they installed… they didn’t even charge me for that (like most shops would.) They are very personal and work with people. I will never go anywhere else. I have referred people and brought my wife’s car down here also. Every time it’s the same great service with no problems and a very fair price! Thanks to Jay, Vince, Dave, Mike, Chi and all the others! Great shop, great people, great prices! 5 stars!

What happen to Jay and Vince? Two best guys that know customer service. This other guy Dave that took over is a smart ass! I remember him from 3 – 4 years ago when he tried to over price my in-​laws. I know Dave’s price was not the right price… too high compared to other shops. Jay took over, took care of my in-law’s car and didn’t try to over price.
This guy Dave has an attitude problem and does not know customer relationship business. What do you expect he sat in a tow truck for years. That is like taking someone out of a cave with no people then engaging him with people… it doesn’t work.
I don’t need a guy like this where I take my car for repairs. I now take my car elsewhere and have told other that I referred to AutoTek that the customer service is not the same and NO Dave can not do the same job as Jay and Vince did with customers.

Brought my 04 5 series BMW in, my rotors were shot so they needed to be re-​surfaced. The general manager Jay gave me a great deal on the rotor work and oil change, even reset my internal data settings (which fixed the beeping that would sound every hour). I got great customer service and service on the car!

I took my bought at auction car into these guys after going somewhere else and that place gave me an outrageous price for repairs. Auto-​Tek said the price to fix my scary exhaust leak was going to be $ 100 less than the other place. They called after having my car for that problem, to tell me that they found some damaged wires to my cylinders. It was going to cost about $ 300 more to fix. I can’t afford that I told them. Went to pick up the car with the fixed exhaust, come to find out they repaired that faulty wire, free of charge. I will still need to replace it eventually, but they kept me safe for the time being. You can trust these guys! Glad I went there!

Big shout out to Jay for hooking me up with Tires for the Nissan that has some special sized tires. I went to the dealer and they wanted $ 190 per tire, then I went to Costco who wanted $ 150 per tire. I was at my wits end because that’s ridiculous! So Jay gave me the price of a lifetime, $ 450 for 4 tires mounted and balanced, wonderful…
Ok so it took all day but it was my fault for not paying attention. They had told me to come in after 3 but I though oh I’ll go early so I can be done early. Well they had ordered the tires and they didn’t get delivered until 2pm. They did get me out of there by 3. The shop is small but it looks like they do every kind of repair, not just tires. They only charge $ 40 for a smog check too. I also appreciated the computer in the reception area, I was able to read email and what not while I waited. The location was not all that but if you’re just leaving your car there then it will do.
