Called them at 8.30 am and arranged a 12.00 noon same day spring repair. They showed up a little late (30 min) but completed the repair in 15 min and were on their way. Good service.

When the repair man came, he just seemed like he couldn’t be any more annoyed. Never the less I explained that the door was not closing and often bucking back open. I had concerns that is squeaked and popped more that last summer and if he could look. I was concerned the rollers were worn out.
He proceeded to tell me that my door is cheap and that’s what I should expect. He sprayed oil on rollers and springs (as well as walls and ceiling) Told me he could do nothing more and charged me $ 60.
Not the service I was expecting nor the price for 5 minutes of work. I offered a more than generous $ 40 that he would not take. Gave him his $ and informed him that I will not be doing business with this company again.
Door continues to give me problems that I guess I’ll have to take care of.
