Please think twice before using this company as your property management company! I am only speaking of two people in this company, Joann Ayres and Jason Ayres. Joann Ayres is the Owner/​broker/​property manager and her son Jason Ayres is an agent at this company and may also become your pool person if your not careful. I thought Joann Ayres was a trustworthy person, only to be proven wrong. She has kept money owed us and has taken money from our tenants security deposit. If you have a pool be extra careful as you will end up spending many extra dollars getting your pool back into working condition after her and her son are done. If you would like to see pics. let me know and I will email them to you. BEWARE!!!
