This branch used to have really friendly staff. Now all the staff there is rude and impersonal. I highly recommend the Arden/​Challenge Wy branch. The staff there is very friendly and helpful and actually seems to want to keep their customers. I would stay away from the Antelope branch.

This is the guy «James C.» Is talking about on the review below. I’m Shah Mangal! This bank makes you like that James! He’s right everyone! I would never bank here and wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE! horrible location, and the management extremely lack ANYKIND of customer service skills or knowledge! Brian carter, Sharon McCall, and Olga are the best part of this location! And to «James C.» I apologize for any wrongdoing on my part on your visit!

If you like to be lied to and then treated like you’re a total idiot then i would highly recommend this bank to you. This location has a couple of individuals that could be named asshole of the year but shah mangal would be the overwhelming winner. This place is a joke.
