With over 10 years of experience in Graphic Design, Denise has an eye for finding the most unique items, and turning them into something beautiful. She takes the time to get to know you and your personality, and captures THAT moment. No matter if you’re silly, traditional, shy, curious, artistic, sporty, adventurous… she will bring that out in each picture. Photography has always been a love of Denise’s, but when she had her son in 2008, and began taking pictures of him, she realized that photography was her true passion. Children, weddings, parents-​to-​be… these special moments in people’s lives is what she loves to capture. You aren’t just a «client», you are a family, and she wants to be there to help capture all your special moments.

Whether it be a wedding, newborn session or a family portrait session, she takes her time to get to know each client personally, pays very close attention to detail, puts her own unique twists on poses, has a special way of capturing their personalities and is very professional. Absolutely Amazing! You don’t need to look any further! Denise is absolutely the best! I used Denise for my Engagement pictures in AT&T park first. We did so many shots and then headed to Golden Gate bridge for more. She was so professional and we received so many compliments on our photos. We then used her for our wedding! Simply beautiful. I have never seen such great shots, and she was so on point with angles and lighting.
We got over 600 photos for our special day and the hardest part is picking the ones to frame. I want them all. She’s so personal, adaptable, and creative. We have gotten over 300 responses on our photos in just the first 5 hours they’ve been posted up on our facebook page. :) She truly captured our event and our guests.
Her prices are great, and the quality is just absolutely amazing! We have already booked our Christmas photo session. I will never use another photographer again, Her photos are breathtaking!

I first found out about Photography for a Reason from an ad for a birthday special. We took our daughter and even though she was in a bad mood we got great pictures!
I booked a session for my daughter and my niece and LOVE the pictures. I had high hopes of getting 5 or 6 different poses, knowing that with a 13 and 5 month old it was near impossible. Denise was able to get all of them plus a few extras!
The prices are great and quality is awesome, my favorite photographer!

We wanted to have pictures taken for our daughter’s first birthday and were planning on visiting the photo studio at the mall when we just happened across an ad for Photography For A Reason. After visting the website we booked a mini birthday photo session. Denise is so nice and friendly. All of the photos were fantastic and she got them back to us ahead of schedule. So happy we found Photography For A Reason!
