LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Everyone is so friendly and helpful here. I get adoption certificates printed for my rescue and they are always very quick and the pricing is the best around. They also have awesome novelty items around the shop to buy while you are waiting for your prints (the wait is not long at all). All around good experience at Just Send It, just wish they were open Sundays! haha Oh well, it’s worth it to wait a day.

Wow, this place has all products and services a person could need. Quick service and more than reasonable prices. Parking is drive up and plentiful and convenient location… will be back definitely

Excellent customer service skills here! The employees and owner of this place are welcoming and really do honor their sign on the wall that says «if you have a question we are here to help» etc etc. I have used them for many of their services. Keep up the good work!

good drop off place

I came here a couple months ago to get my passport photos taken. I think it was $ 12.99 for two pictures (a couple dollars less than USPS) and the lady let me review the picture before printing. She was friendly and efficient. I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes, and most of that was time was spent waiting for the photos to print.
I haven’t tried any of the other printing and mailing services, but glad to know that they are available. I will be back again based on how well my first experience went and how close it is to home. Thanks for helping me find this place, Unilocal

I came to Just Send It Postal Center a few weeks ago to get my fingerprints taken. I had a hard time finding the store because it’s around the side of the shopping center facing Winco and OSH across the street.
Inside they have machines to make black and white and color copies, as well as a fax machine behind the counter to use. You can also ship stuff via UPS/​USPS/​Fedex for a reasonable price. They sell packing boxes and envelopes and various packing related materials. They have PO Boxes inside that you can rent as well, and a selection of used books, cards, official forms, etc. for purchase.
I made my fingerprint appointment for 4:00pm on a Friday, but fortunately they weren’t too busy so they were able to take me a little early. I waited about 15 – 20 minutes for my appointment and the whole process only took about 2 minutes to actually get my prints and I was on my way! I would come back to Just Send It if I was in the area.

12 $ to send a 1 lbs. book. It cost me 3 $ at Bel Air (in the same shopping center) to send another book, so let’s just say I’m not coming back here. I asked for the cheapest option and should have walked away instead of paying that ridiculous price like a dummy

You guys are the greatest. Every time I come in the ladies are always nice and welcoming. And I love the gift baskets you guys have are so cute. And you guys have great prices.

We’ve gone here for basic little duties since I was a kid. They’ve always been helpful and efficient. From my passport photos to notaries, they’ve got it done. Not much too review, but they do what they need to do.

This place was great! The staff was really courteous and helped me pack, tape and mail everything in a very timely manner. While inside I also learned that the last UPS pickup for the day is at 3pm and the last USPS pickup is at 4:30pm. I’ll definitely be coming back to this place.

Rip off!!! I went into Just-​Send-​It to send a fax. Although there were only a few customers, it took about 30 minutes to receive service. They faxed 10 pages for $ 11.00. When I called the bank to verify whether they had received the fax, they said it was illegible. So, because time was an issue, I drove to the bank to give the document to them directly.
While at the bank, I called Just-​Send-​It to inform them of the problem with the fax. They said I should come back in so they could re-​send the fax. I explained that I had decided to drop the papers at the bank, and instead wanted a refund. The woman on the phone said, OK.
About 10 minutes later when I got to the store for the refund, I was told by Sherri, the owner), that in fact I could not get a refund. I told her that the lady on the phone had told me I could have a refund, and asked her to call the bank to verify that there was a problem with the fax, which she did.
The lady at the bank told Sherri the fax was illegible and that she had shredded it. She also told her that the bank had not had any problem with any other faxes. At that point, Sherri asked me to show her the originals to confirm they were not defective, and they were not. She then decided that she could only refund half of the money to me because it was partially the banks fault. How she determined that the bank was partially at fault I have no idea.
I decided she could keep the $ 11.00 since she seemed to need it so badly. I will NEVER SPEND MONEY THERE AGAIN, AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU!!!

This place totally ripped me off! I spent $ 35 to mail an envelope over night and when it was delivered it was only posted for $ 5 and the person I mailed it too, had to pay $ 15 to receive it. Don’t ever go here.

Very cool place to go, staff is very friendly and informative on shipping items.

Friendly staff, Close to home, Toys to distract the kids, rarely any lines, and I believe someone won a bit of the mega lotto here recently (I also played here, but didnt win, good to know there was at least a chance for me) and a few won from scratchers!

I love this place. Sure beats the long lines at the post office. I come here to send out quite a few packages every month. Staff here is great as well.

This is a locally owned shop. The owners and staff are conscientious and detail oriented and they are extremely knowledgeable in their craft.
They provide all types of mail services, key making, printing, computer use, etc.
