The concept of the store is great for parents to save money by being able to purchase«gently used» clothing and furniture however actually getting the women in charge to buy your gently or sometimes brand new items is very difficult. They claim they know what their customers are looking for and when to pass on an item but time and time again I have brought bags or boxes of items in that I have taken the time to clean up, wash and make presentable, sometimes even with tags on and they tend to turn down most everything from my experience. Very upity attitudes from the employees almost as if you are bothering them simply by being in their store. My advice would be for them to get over themselves and take a real look at what customers could benefit from rather than turning your noses up at everything people bring in because it may not be what you would dress your own children in per se. I know I’d be very happy as a young mother with limited funds to have a real variety of items to choose from, even with a little stain or wear, to clean up myself after purchase.
