Jana Chuinard – State Farm Insurance Agent

If there were a zero star, Jana Chuinard’s office would receive that rate. When Tom Ihrke was still around, my policies never had issues or massive increase rates. I have been with Statefarm for 5 plus years before Jana took over, her office decided to increase my rates and play around with my insurance. I asked several time to stop increasing my rates because my driving record was in great standing condition. Every month my rate would increase gradually. The office staff there, the elderly woman who work there was extremely racism and rude. Bad customer service. She gave me attitude and told me off plenty of time. I never got around to callling corporate, but should had. Theres no reason to treat customers like this. I got feed up with this office, I switch agent and guess what, I am proud that I am still insured through state farm and do not have this problem.
To future customers, if looking for coverage DO NOT go through this office, they will take your money and change your monthly premium, and lie in your face. I would most recommend the office in circle pines, MN Mark Peterson. The staff there is friendly and the agents are amazing. They will never I repeat NEVER treat you like SH**!

DO NOT get insurance here. I have been with them for about 18 months. I carried full coverage on my equinox and liability on my old 1999 lumina. When I went to make a change 14 months later, I found out I have been being charged for full coverage on my lumina for 14 months instead of liability. I difference of $ 25 a month. When I confronted Jana about their error, they refused to give me a refund of nearly $ 250. Talk about bad business tactics. Why should I pay fro their mistake?
I filed a complaint with the better business bureau. Hoping that I could get some resolution at some point. I bought a new car recently, and put full coverage on it. For the first 3 weeks I owned it, I had only liability because they screwed it up once again. If they do not give me a refund, I plan on taking them to small claims court to get my money back. I have proof of email exchanges saying that I only wanted liability insurance on my lumina.
The side kick that works there named Lizzy, is just as worthless as Jana is. Neither one of them can get anything right. I am sick of having to baby sit my car insurance. I regret ever using them, and regret having auto bill pay where they can deduct whatever amount they feel like out of my bank account.
Another warning, they never return phone calls, and also screen their phone calls. So if you are trying to get a hold of anyone there, GOOD LUCK.
Needless to say, I am shopping for other insurance, cause this place cant get something so simple, right ! DO NOT GET INSURANCE THROUGH THEM.
