I like the doctor. I think he is very knowledgeable and caring. His staff, however, leaves a little to be desired. I called yesterday about a prescription for a sleep aid. (Dr. Patel also specializes in sleep disorders). I was told this morning to call back this afternoon at 4PM. I have now been told it would be tomorrow (maybe). All I got were excuses. Maybe I would be in a better mood if I got some freaking sleep! So, in short, doctor good, staff full of excuses.
UPDATE: Cameron (sp?) took the time to get this issue fixed immediately after writng this post.
