We specialize in marine towing and salvage and service the Chesapeake Bay from the West/Rhode Rivers North through the Bush River. We have nine tow and salvage vessels located throughout the area so we can respond to your emergency needs.

Captain Dale Plummer has been with TowBoatU.S. since 2010 as the Owner/Manager of Baltimore Marine Recovery which has served the Chesapeake Bay region since 1981. He purchased TowBoatU.S. Annapolis in 2015 to continue the service excellence offered by retiring Captain Hamilton Gale in the Annapolis area.
