Absolutely the best jeweler in Annapolis. Timeless pieces and elegant designs. Been there for decades. The mark up is much lower than the mall stores. People worry about parking around State Circle, but when you actually count the steps taken, its more convenient than parking in a mall parking lot. For the woman in my life, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Such a great place to do business. I went in to tilghman and co to purchase and design an engagement ring. Leslie and I sat down and chatted over the phone on a number of occasions to get the ring just right, she is amazing and completely down to earth. She was never pushy at any time and is very straight forward and is not afraid to speak her mind oth good and bad about your idea, something that I found extremely helpful. The turn around on any work you need done is impressive and while their selection is not up to some of the other stores and the prices are probably a bit higher, when it comes down to it you are not just paying for the product but the knowledge and expertise two things i did not find anywhere else and most likely they can probably order or design just about anything you would find elsewhere. I am actually a second generation client of the Tilghman’s as my parents purchased their rings from Mr. Tilghman back in the 70’s and have come back continuously over the years as well. I will be coming back again and again and I know my fiancée will be coming here often as well.

I went there after I got engaged to get my ring re-​sized (it was too large) and initially had my ring size measured incorrectly. My ring was returned to me still too large to wear (very disappointing), but I was re-​measured and they promised to fix it overnight. The next day it was perfect and I was charged the originally quoted price. I LOVE a place with outstanding customer service!

I recently went to Tilghman Company to buy an engagement ring. Having no clue what to do, Mr. Tilghman expertly explained the intricacies of diamonds and engagement rings. He made me feel very welcome and answered any question I had for him. The diamond was beautiful and my fiancée LOVES it. I would recommend Tilghman Company to everyone! I wish I could give it more stars but it definitely earns the highest rating in my book. Really a best kept secret in Annapolis.

I LOVE Tilghman Company Jewelers. My family gets all our important jewelry here and they can sincerely make your vision a reality. I especially love their signature monogram script. Mr. Tilghman himself helped me find and personalize a gold signet ring for my 21^st birthday present and it came out PERFECTLY!

Mr Tilghman has been working it this store since he was a six year old lad. He is a true professional, a gentleman, and as honest as «they» come. His shop is clean and unassuming and his business practice is refreshingly uncomplicated; he still believes in the gesture of a hand shake and the promise of ones word.
Weather you are a seasoned connoisseur of fine gems or a rookie; Mr Tilghman will walk you through a 15 — 25 min diamond class which I highly recommend to any individual who is thinking of purchasing jewels, has previously purchased jewels, or enjoys wearing jewels. Knowledge is power and Mr Tilghman will provide you with the tools to make informed decisions which in the long run will enable you buy better jewels while knowing that you are not being taken advantage of. I strongly recommend a visit to Tilghman Comany Jewelers of Annapolis — stay away from some of the larger jewelry shops and support one of the last small business’ making a go of things in historic Annapolis.

I can not believe there is no review for this jewelry store! This place is fabulous. Alright, the inside is a little outdated, and the selection in store is okay, but I swear Leslie can make or find you anything! I live in DC, but my husband is from Annapolis. When he was looking for a store to buy my engagement ring, his mother recommended Tilghmans. My ring is beautiful! Leslie (one of the owners) worked with us one on one to pick out the perfect fit and style for my petite hands (4 inch ring on my finger!) It was so much better than going to a Jared or other chain. They took time to listen to what we wanted and gave us suggestions to help us stay on budget. Also we get free cleaning and free repairs for life. I know it is a drive to Annapolis, but whenever I need really nice jewelry I will be making a trip to this store on State Circle.
