This Shell station has the slowest pouring gas ever. Unlike the nicer Exxon across the street, this service station does not offer any entertainment while you pump (unless you play a game in your head «Is that a crackhead or a meth addict?») I mean, no upbeat music, no little television screens reporting the local news and weather. They literally expect you to entertain yourself here, while you wait for the gas to slowly drip out.
They have had the same Clark bar in the window since 1985. I just can’t deal with this place anymore.

Oh my. I am sorry the other reviewers had such a bad experience. I have used that car wash once… it was mediocre… so I never went again. It’s fairly new too (just a few years after they had a fire).
I know I have never received very good customer service when I purchase a soda or something from them (washer fluid etc). It’s just all business. give me money, go away.
As for fuel. I like Shell fuel and I use my Giant loyalty card to get extra benefits (sometimes up to 20 cents down from the normal price per gal). I don’t recommend them for their customer service tho. And I also have heard some violence here at night. Some very bad stuff happened here last year — don’t stop here late a night.

THIS STATION WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! I went to the car wash and it didn’t run, and left me stuck inside. After I found my way out, I asked for another code and the attendant refused to give me one, saying I lined my car up wrong, even though it was obvious my car didn’t get washed, and he had my receipt.
