I LOVE this program! Tried so many for so many years and nothing worked. Sure maybe a few pounds but once I stopped doing it I’d gain it back. But with Take Shape for Life what really made the difference was my Own personal Health Coach! I wasn’t alone! I had support when I felt weak, cheering me on when I was losing weight. Also what made a big difference was Dr. A’s Habits of Health book and work book. I learned so much. As I was losing weight I was learning new habits so once i was at my goal weight I knew how to keep it off by living a healthier life style. SO happy I found this program.
