Dr Werblin agreed to see my resident as a new patient. He erred on the appointment time and when we arrived he insisted we reschedule, rather than simply cutting the appt short. Very difficult, stressful health situation and the doctor was cold, insensitive and unforgiving about the error.
Following up with his assistant, she assured she would call back to confirm he was willing to see my resident. Neither she nor the doctor have returned our calls for weeks.
