I brought a pair of Tory Burch’s for them to fix only the right foot, the thong was pulling away at the toe, when I picked up my shoes on Saturday though, I realized the right shoe was different. I mentioned to the gentleman and he argued with me and answered the phone and ignored me. I had a plane to catch so I left upset. Two days later I arrived back in town and reexamined them only to realize I was correct. The right shoe was not mine(it has a different sole and serial numbers didn’t match the left shoe or my box which I also left them with so not to get anything switched up) The right shoe that was«fixed» though looks horrible(I am attaching photos) the man completely mutilated the shoe, he dug in the grommet with a screw driver and tore the shoe up and re-glued it with a thick tacky black glue. No clean lines. A MESS. I returned back to hakky the following day and the store was closed early with a sign reading someone would be back in 10 minutes. I waited. No one showed up. I called the number on the sign and 40 minutes later a man showed up told me he couldn’t do anything and to come back the next day when his other worker will be in. I went back the following day like asked, both men laughed at me and shunned me away. Refused to reimburse and now I lost a pair of $ 200 shoes. My shoe was stolen from me and this establishment is unprofessional and caused me much sadness If I could give zero stars that would be the rate hakky Annapolis gets But my point is the right shoe isn’t mine! They refused to reimburse me and now I cannot wear my shoes ever. THEYARERUINED. DONOTCOMETOTHISESTABLISHMENT

Hakky did a great job resoling some very worn dress Rockports and in less than three days. The $ 60 price was pretty high, though, particularly considering a new pair only costs $ 130.

I can’t give this place a good review because no one is even here to help me. They closed the store in the middle of the day with a «be back in 10 mins» sign on the door. Here I am 45 minutes later and no sign of any employee what-so-ever. Sad

This place is really great. Quick and affordable. I needed some shoes repaired after some not so pleasant scuffage outside of my apartment. They buffed it right out and matched the other shoe so the finish was the same. They also have added some belt holes for me! They are cheap and efficient. They can fix anything, i’m sure of it.

Fantastic shoe repair shop in the Annapolis Mall. Enter between Maggiano’s and Macy’s, and you’ll be in/out in minutes. I was a little skeptical when I looked up «shoe repair» on Unilocal and some place in the mall had the best rating, but I wasn’t disappointed. Fixed my wedding shoes so I don’t fall on my face during the ceremony. I can’t even tell they were worked on, the job was done so well. Completely affordable, and relatively fast turnaround.

Professional high quality show repair. These guys can fix boots and shoes when others can’t and reasonable rates also. Had five pairs of expensive boots resoled, stitched, polished, etc and was very happy with the result. In tiny shop at back of mall near Macy ‘s.
