I just LOVE Francesca’s! I pass by every two months or so, and I never see the same thing displayed in the window twice. Whoever the buyer is for this location, he/she has a really great style sense and sensibility. The pieces can be both work and party pieces, and the accessories — To Die For. Sometimes I get a little sick of shopping at the usual mall stores, and I need something refreshing. Sometimes I just want to dress up the basics that I pick up from The Loft. At times like these, I just head to Francesca’s. Problem solved!

I love the clothes here but the management is terrible. Today I watched a manager Lauren chew out a young employee who had just arrived for her shift and was unaware of which items were on sale. Being polite in front of a customer goes a long way.

Ok ladies! this is my favorite store in the world!!! it is trendy and chic! You will love the fabrics, the colors, and the style! There are so many classic and functional pieces, that I think you will have in your closet for a long time. Sometimes stores are too trendy and things go out of style quickly. but not this cute little boutique! The accessories are GORGEOUS and they have every color under the sun. I think the pricing is so affordable. and the quality is amazing. Face it. Forever 21. in my case forever 39. hahaha just does not cut it at times with QUALITY. the prices are so affordable. but when you feel the fabrics you can see just how thin some things are. Francesca’s has the quality and the price is not bad at all. $ 35-$ 75 clothes. Jewelry $ 12-$ 65. You will love the experience and all of the cute little special gifts! Very girly and fresh. Now I haven’t been to the annapolis location. but I have been to the one in white marsh mall that they just opened! My first time there was in FL and I LOVEDIT. I am sure the annapolis location is great. they have a great mall… and excellent customer service. Good luck and go have some fun shopping! Nicole Palermo Make-up Artist

I love this store, I just wish I could sort through everything. I know they have great stuff, it’s just a hot mess inside. I’d say it’s something between Forever 21 and H&M. Definitely stop in, it’s a nice store, it’s just difficult to sort through all the accessories, clothing and jewelry.

This is my dream closet. Cute, affordable clothes with better quality than say Forever 21 or Wet Seal. Francesca’s stuff is perfect for wearing until you get tired of it or you’ve worn it in too many pictures. Then you can give it away, swap with your friends, and head on back buy a new outfit. I have two favorite little boutique stores(without the boutique prices) back home in Hawaii called Mahina and Madison’s Philanthropy. although Francesca doesn’t replace those, it sure comes close.

Welcome to my fashion obsession. My little fashion secret is out. I found this cute boutique when I was walking in La Jolla. It looked like a small upscale boutique where a pair of jeans was likely to be $ 400. Oh no, this place was affordable on my student budget. This became my go to place for sundresses(usually in the $ 35-$ 40 range), funky tops, and accessories. They have accessories as far as the eye can see. I even introduced my east coast friends to the store when they visited. Then I moved away, and had to order on line. I kept each item of clothing for years knowing I would never find anything like it again. I had one wrap dress that rivaled anything made by Diane Von Furstenberg. When I moved east, and when coworkers would ask me where I got my clothes and I would direct them to the website. I had them hooked, pretty soon they had their entire families ordering. And then there came a day when three of us had on the same dress from here. That was my doing. Then much to my luck the store added stores on the east coast. I recently went to store in Annapolis and it was like old times. The staff was friendly and I had to put myself on a budget to avoid buying the store. And now the news got out that there is a store coming soon to Bethesda Row! See good things do come to those that wait.
