Annapolis Pool & Spa Service

After decidiing to try this service to open/​close my pool and repair the liner, I have had nothing but lack of service, workmanship and response to communication. After paying in full for closing and pool liner repair we could only discover in the spring how poorly the job was done. When they opened the pool in the spring the water was thick black/​green. They removed my cover and set it aside. 24 hours later my cover had a large area that was melted (I can only assume they spilled something on it) It took two weeks and expensive amounts of chemicals (my dime) to clear the water. I have also spent $ 1800. to order a new cover (again my dime).
The repair has yet to be done and after several calls and emails to complete the service I paid for, they still refuse to contact me or repair the liner. Although they were cheaper than Danny’s Pools I must say «you get what you pay for» and in my case… not even that. Buyer beware!
