A dream that started in childhood and, later, shared with my own children. It is now our collective dream to have a store in historic downtown Annapolis, Maryland.

It all started with a dream when I was a kid to one day become a chocolatier or, possibly, a pastry chef. As it happens, life goes on… school, career, family and the dream became just a fun childhood memory.

Later, when I had children of my own, I shared those dreams and, as they got older, they started asking me when I was going to open «our» chocolate shop. Simple as that, for kids anything is possible! «If you dream it, you can achieve it». Together we took baby steps: classes to learn how to make chocolates and weekends spent experimenting with flavors and techniques.

We decided that we would create an online shop in hopes of one day having a storefront in historic downtown Annapolis. Until then, we hope you will enjoy our chocolate creations enough to one day visit us in our downtown location (circa 2016).
