History
Established in 2013.
At Charm City Healing, my approach to healing is holistic and individualistic. I believe that we all have the capacity to heal ourselves, and ultimately, each of us knows just what we need in order to thrive in life. I work in partnership with you to design practices that will lead you to a better understanding of your symptoms, while utilizing an array of modalities, including acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, Chinese nutritional therapy and wellness coaching, to gently nudge your body-mind-spirit towards health and well-being.
I am a firm believer that by living in accordance with the laws of nature, the true nature of each of us can be revealed and nurtured.

Business Owner
As a licensed acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist, my mission is to help you achieve your goals of health and wellbeing, whatever that looks like for you. I believe that health is defined differently for each of us, and only we can determine our own path in life.
I obtained my Master of Acupuncture degree from the Maryland University of Integrative Health (MUIH), as well as a Graduate Certificate in Chinese Herbal Medicine. I continue to study advanced Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine theories and skills through a two-year post-graduate mentorship program integrating advanced channel theory using acupuncture and herbal medicine.
I received my Bachelor of Life Science degree from the University of Maryland College Park, where I studied Environmental Science and Policy, Biodiversity, and Conservation Biology. I continue to be a steward for the environment, and am fascinated by not only how we affect the world around us, but also the role that nature plays within each of us.
