As a director of billing, Alacrity collections has assisted my organization in obtaining reimbursement for services provided. Avoid these unprofessional people at all costs. They regularly did not return calls/​emails when they were supposed to be collecting on my company’s behalf. After giving them several months to get the job done, and more unreturned calls & emails I finally reached a representative there to find out the status of the collection. I was informed that they have «lost their lawyer» and aren’t pursuing the collections any more. At no point was I alerted to any issues prior to this time They cost me months of time and in the end thousands of dollars due to their unprofessional manner of operations. Use them at your own risk!
