This doctor is nice, communicative and has apparently earned a number of awards. The wait time in his office is long. I waited 40 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment. His office staff on the other hand are unfriendly, cold and non-​communicative. The girl who answers phones is also the scheduler and the person who you will likely deal with the most. Instead of listening and communicating, she is combative. Forget trying to work with you on billing and insurance questons. She will tell you what she is going to do, regardless if it is even correct. If you don’t mind poor customer service from the front office, billing and scheduling, then I reccomend this doc. Too bad, you only see the doctor for 10 minutes, but have to deal with her for 30.
