The actual experience at the lab isn’t bad. It’s their phone service that’s irritating — you don’t have an option to speak to a real person at all. So make sure you have a pen and piece of paper when you make an appointment over the phone. If you don’t and need to make changes to your appointment, you will be frustrated when the robot phone asks you for your appointment confirmation number. Well… Maybe it should be 4 stars because the staff here didn’t deserve a 3 star… hmmmm…~_~

Make an appointment online — this place was packed by 7:30 on a Saturday! I don’t know what it is about this place that just seems dirty and ‘off.’ I guess it’s a combination of the lighting, the crowded seating, and the assembly-line set up for blood collection. The technician who took my sample kept moving around WHILETHENEEDLEWASINMYARM. In 35+ years of having blood drawn, I’ve never experienced anything like that.

I came here for my routine labs due to its offerings on Saturday for appointments. A note to the wise — ALWAYS make an appointment when coming to a Quest Diagnostics joint. Even if you have one, they wont’ always be ontime but they’ll still try to honor you ahead of the walk-ins. The lab was your typical lab and it would have gotten four stars if not for the tremendous bruise I got from this place — I mean, forearm sticks are hard enough, but man, did you have to punch the vein in two places so it bled out? No bueno.
