Nationwide Tire and Auto Exxon

I purchased a groupon for an oil change after reviewing their website and seeing that their service center was supposedly open until 7pm on week nights.
I called for an appointment, they told me that they’re only open until 4. When I said that isn’t what’s on their website, they tried to tell me I was looking at the wrong location. False.
So now I have a useless groupon and they have lies on their website, and my car still needs an oil change.

Husband went here to get an inspection and the next day the tire FLEW OFF our suv across the entire highway. Was on 66W so it was by the grace of god that it didn’t hit anyone else and kill them. Found out that they didn’t TIGHTEN the bolts that holds the tire onto the SUV!!!
Took it back for repairs as it caused major damage to the drivers side of the SUV. Weeks and weeks and constantly re-entry’s to the shop and it’s still not fixed! Now they want my husband to pay for the repairs that THEY CAUSED. We have had enough we will never take my SUV or any car back there if they can’t tighten bolts on a simple inspection I wouldn’t trust them to do anything.

My experience here was great! I came in with a Groupon, which can sometimes mean you’re put at the bottom of the service pile. Instead, when they could have asked me to come back another time (it was 20 mins to closing and there were a number of other cars lined up), the manager and one technician volunteered to take care of my car that evening. The technician was efficient and proficient, and the manager was friendly and courteous. The seating is very limited to plan on going somewhere while you wait if possible. Overall, I was very pleased with my first experience here!
