History

Established in 2015.

KMack Solutions was established April 6, 2015. I began with fixing computers for my family and friends. Then people that I encountered less frequently began to take interest in my services and I began to fix their devices as well. As my workload steadily increased, I asked myself a very important question: why didn’t these people just go to any repair shop to get their devices fixed? I realized that convenience and reliability was what they were after. I would often meet my clients at a location of their choosing, and because I have had a perfect track record of fixing devices, people continue to trust me with their repairs. KMack Solutions has and always will continue to be a reliable, convenient, and customer-​oriented company.

COMPTIA A+, Network+, Security+, NICET level 1, and iCracked certified. I am a smart and intelligent individual who has always had a passion for repairing and upgrading phones, computers, and tablets. I love to engage in technical projects, which is why I am committed to my work. I believe that there are 3 groups of people in this world: 1) those that resist innovation, 2) those that complacently wait for innovation, and 3) those that are actively involved with innovation. I would categorize myself in the 3^rd category; I love solving problems. Being an innovator or a problem solver is not always easy, but I always endeavor to overcome every obstacle I face. In the famous words of NFL champion Vince Lombardi, «Winners never quit and quitters never win.» Be a winner!
