Annandale Pediatrics Assoc

I want to start this off by saying Dr. Lorico was GREAT & Dr. Ellini was fine as well. But as far as the STAFF goes… MARY WAS HORRIBLE & RUDE FROM THE BEGINNING! All the other staff we spoke to (who are nice people) & told them how we felt, SAID THEY HATED HER TOO?!! Sadly she’s in some sort of management position so they’re stuck with her. She’s beyond rude, this woman must not have children or was never able to or just had one too many abortions. This is DEFINITELY not the right environment for her. She lies on health care policies to the point where we were at our son’s appt. (happened more than once) & she tries to deny my son attention due to it being she wants us to make them the primary physician or some other craziness. Turns out all we have to do is call the our provider, tell them what was said, make her talk to them. And turns out there isn’t really an issue: D. Not worth the hassle. she called me this morning, the morning of my son’s appt. telling me we have to change his primary to them which we did not have to do according our health care provider. But she insisted… So we scheduled an appt today with another practice today. Goodbye Dr. Lorico you were fantastic, Dr. Ellini we liked you as well but please get that woman replaced. The rest of the staff are perfect.
Sorry for the long review but it needed to be said… trust me, I could of made it longer.

My children have been going to this office for past 10 yrs. we love and trust both Dr. Ellini and Dr. Lorico by far the best doctors we have ever encountered. They are very thorough and the staff friendly!

I would not recommend this doctors office to anyone. I went here only because I did not pick a pediatrician out before my son was born. The staff in this office is rude and talk to you like you’re dumb, especially a woman named mary. I only continued to go there until I got reimbursed for what I paid his first 2 visits, which they never thought it was necessary to tell me was available. Since I have finally received my money I will be going to another doctor with friendly staff and a happier environment.
There are two doctors there, Lorico and Elanni (I think that’s his name). I went to both and by far Dr. Lorico was much more personable and gentler to my 4 month old.
