Zach is the best — period. He took my laptop on a Friday, had the shipping box from Apple on Tuesday (Monday was a holiday), shipped, had it repaired by Apple (at no cost) then proceeded to help me upgrade my RAM and my storage (I went for the 1TB Solid State) and back in my lap the following Tuesday.
The performance now is outstanding, everything moves so much quicker now — I basically have a brand new computer — in just over a week!
Zach is also personable — very down to earth, friendly, he treats you with respect.
This young man is going places — I am so glad to have met him.
I would recommend him to anyone…

My daughter’s old Dell laptop would not power up. I e-​mailed Zach with the symptoms. After several exchanges of e-​mails he determined that a $ 140.00 part was the culprit. We decided it was not cost effective to repair such an old computer. Zach was very patient and helpful in making this decision. I will certainly keep him in mind for any other computer issues.

When I spilled some water on my Macbook I made the mistake of not turning it off right away and this ended up shorting out one of the key on the keyboard. I first took it to the Apple Store and was told they found some corrosion on the logic board and they could not replace the keyboard or the upper case without replacing everything else. They also do not recommend it since the complete repair would be over $ 1000. While I understand this (Apple wants to provide complete warranty) but all I want is to get the keyboard replaced.
Anyway, I was lucky to find Zach on Unilocal.He replaced the uppercase for about $ 300. He also came over to pick it up on a Saturday morning and returned it to me within a few hours. This was important to me since the Macbook is for work.
I would recommend to Zach to anyone who needs a computer repair.

After my husband walked away from our family, I was left with a teched-​out house that the kids and I didn’t know how to use or maintain. Just to give the reader an idea– he wouldn’t give us the house wireless or iTunes passwords. Total control freak.
Spent lots of time on Unilocal trying to find someone that was both high tech and trustworthy. Found Zach. What a great experience. Not only did he figure out the system but reset passwords and simplified the management of it. I’ll be having him back soon to make further improvements so the kids and I can enjoy our music, tv, movies, and wifi connectivity.

I contacted Zach’s Computer Service last week because my boyfriend started his own Company and we needed help getting it up and going. Zach helped us purchase a new computer. He also installed Microsoft Office, Antivirus, Adobe, and more. So when I got the computer, everything was already installed and ready to operate.
I called Zach around 9pm with a question. I thought that I would get a voicemail and end up hearing from him the next day. What I thought was just going to be a quick question and answer, ended up turning into a bigger job than I thought. I figured since it was so late, I would have to call Zach back during ‘Business Hours’. But no, Zach was able to stay up until the task was completed. In less than 2 hours later, he was able to get a hold of a domain name, setup DNS, setup email hosting, configure mailboxes, and test by sending and receiving email successfully.
Zach is extremely knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. There was not one question that he was not able to answer, and believe me, I had A LOT of questions.
I will be sure to contact Zach for any future issues or requests. This is a one stop shop, for sure!

Zach is extremely professional, personable and reliable! Zach actually came to my house to diagnose what was going on with my MacBook Pro as it has been running slow lately. Okay — so I bought it in 2007, but it still is in great condition — it just needed service. Zach spent nearly an hour looking at what was clogging-​up my speed, and he explained everything thoroughly what needed to be done. Even before leaving my house, Zach had cleared so much junk from my Mac that it was already running 100% better. He recommended a few more diagnostics and some memory and storage upgrade which has now made my laptop run BETTER AND FASTER THAN EVER BEFORE!!!
The thing that is even more impressive is that Zach spent a lot of time putting music and video into folders and places they actually belong; if you’re like me, you multiple files of the same thing (i.e. the same song on MP3, but it’s in stored in multiple areas on the hard drive). Zach took the time to organize everything into iTunes and get rid of all the duplicate files.
If you need Mac Repair, I HIGHLY recommend Zach!!! He communicates with you throughout the process, and he will deliver your computer back better than ever for the absolute best price!!!

Zach saved all the data on my macbook pro when it mysteriously stopped working out of the blue. *Whew!* Cause there was a lot of important information on there!
Thanks again Zach. The guy is super professional and punctual with his time & price estimates. He even prints out an invoice in the end with the pricing of everything he did during the repairing process.

Whenever I have no idea what is going on with my computer, I turn to Zach. He is very knowledgable and always reasonably priced. He has taken great care of my computers and I have never had any issues with his service. He will always research the issue and give me options so I can make an informed decision about the repairs I am getting, etc. I have also had him look at other computers for family members and they have been very satisfied. I will never go anywhere else for my computer service but Zach’s. He is fair, fast and Fabulous to work with!

So the worst thing ever happened to me. I got a new Macbook Pro… and just months later, I spilled WATER INTO MY KEYBOARD. THE TINIEST BIT TOO. Most of my keys were damaged and I was devastated.
I called a multitude of different comp repair companies to compare prices but ZACH was the cheapest so I was worried he might be sketchy and try to steal my Mac or something. but he turned out to be great! Replaced my keyboard within like 1 day I think… and unlike the genius bar at Apple (they told me I had to get my full bottom case replaced which would cost at least $ 300 and maybe $ 1500 if it was internally damaged they said), Zach told me I only had to get my keyboard replaced, which cost me $ 150 :) yay for people that care about their customers. I ended up recommending 2 of my friends to go to him and they were satisfied too.

WOW!!! I run a small business with a data file of about 250 physicians. We got a virus and it was scary! I had heard about Zach so I gave him a call. He said shut your computer down and disconnect from the internet. He was in my office in about 3 hours. He isolated all of our valuable information, took the tower with him and we were back up and running with out one bit of information loss by about 9:30 the next morning! He is fair, dedicated, responsive, knowledgeable and really nice. He knows his stuff. He also went through our systems and fixed all that little stuff that distracts from efficient operations.
Thank you Zach — you saved us days of down time and hours of data restoration. Soooooo glad we found you!!!

not only did he fix my cpu, he made some modifications that improved my macs performance based on how i was using it for multimedia! knowledgable about what a cpu really needs and how much you should really be spending on parts, Zach is like the mechanic you would drive far to see based on trust alone.
