My first visit to the Ulta Salon was a big success. I needed a full root touch up and Mickey matched my color perfectly. He also did a great blow out on my curly hair. Professional and knowledgeable services; I’d definitely go back.

I showed up 5 minutes late due to construction and they refused to cut my hair, even though they had openings later in the day. Told me to come back tomorrow, even when I said I worked an hour and a half away. Apparently they book 30 minutes for a men’s haircut and won’t go over that. Not worth the grief, there are plenty of places to get a hair cut, but Ulta apparently isn’t one of them.

I visited Ulta Salon twice for consultations related to changing my hair style and received excellent advice and service from manager Amanda Wegner, who has 20 years of experience working with hair. When I return to actually get the haircut, I imagine I will update my 4 star rating to 5 stars.
