Stroller Strides : Fit for Mom Ann Arbor

This is an amazing group of moms who get together to work out with each other and bring kiddos along too. Classes happen at Briarwood Mall and at county Farm Park. It’s a great way to meet people if you are new to town. Instructors are all moms themself and every one of them is great. After some classes there is a free craft for the children. After just about every class moms get together to get a coffee and the children play. There is a great playground at County Farm Park and a nice indoor playground at Briarwood Mall as well. Classes are $ 15 but you can buy a 10 pack and the cost of each class goes down to $ 10. I believe there is also a monthly rate for those who prefer it. Young children of all ages from birth to about 5 love this class. It is a workout for the mommies and the children remain in the stroller during the exercise. There are Stroller Strides across the country but this is my favorite so far!
