I really liked everybody I came in contact with from the front desk to the assistants and certainly Dr Misch was very friendly and professional explaining to me what my options were. Scheduling was very easy and accommodating and at the time of procedure everyone on the staff made sure I felt comfortable and walked me through the procedure so I knew what to expect. I would highly recommend to any and all looking for an oral surgeon.

Good luck trying to work out scheduling with them. The dentists are booked weeks and weeks in advance. They just dont have enough open slots and are very inflexible about changes to schedules. I had to make a last minute change to my appointment because my child was not well and the options I was given were to make it 2 day later which did not work for me or a day 8 weeks later. Not exactly the kind of experience I have had at other clinics. The staff is very unreasonable too.
As other reviewers have posted, doctors are friendly. But the staff and scheduling made it an unpleasant experience for me.

This practice has a very unreasonable office staff when it comes to billing insurance. I was referred by my family Dentist for a consultation regarding one of my implants. I had my records and current film sent to MIP ahead of my scheduled visit. I saw Dr. Anderson, who was very professional, and she reviewed the x-​rays and asked to have a look in my mouth. After outlining a few options, I was on my way and planning for the procedure. I was then billed for the entire cost of the visit even though I had Dental Insurance. It turns out that they billed my insurance for a «limited oral exam», which is what my Family Dentist did in order to make the referral for a consultation. The American Dental Association has a code and suggested charge for a consultation so both myself and my insurance company asked that they bill under this code. The office manager categorically denied our requests. She told me it wasn’t MIP’s problem that my Insurance Plan allows only one limited oral exam per year (most company provided plans are like this). She said she reviewed my visit and that I had received care consistent with a limited oral exam. She wasn’t even in the room and the whole time spent with the actual Dentist was ~10 minutes. Dr. Anderson did nothing but look at the implant and studied my X-​rays, which were provided by my dentist. I have sent them a registered letter requesting the billing code change, but have received no reply other than a past due bill. I have filed a Better Business Bureau complaint and they have not responded to the BBB either. I am now working with the Michigan Dental Association to try to resolve the issue. If you plan to use Insurance in any way with this provider, I suggest that you take your business elsewhere. This headache has taken way too much of my time and is incredibly petty on the part of MIP.

Their new office is super nice and state of the art and everyone is so nice and friendly! I definitely recommend — I had to have gum surgery and get nervous around any type of «procedures» but they were very kind and considerate and made me feel comfortable.
