I had a storage unit here for about 3 years with no issues or problems. The site is secure, the unit was clean and well constructed, and the location was very convenient to my home.
I didn’t need assistance often but when I did the desk staff was very friendly. The move out process was easy and they give you a 4 day grace period if your move out coincides with your monthly renewal date, so you have a good amount of time should you need it before getting charged. They did accidentally charge me after I moved out but a quick phone call got me a nice apology and my money refunded ASAP. Not a huge problem. Prices were on par with other storage areas I’ve used as well.
Units fill up quickly in the spring as students get storage units for their things for the summer so I’d recommend getting a space in the winter or fall just in case.

We had a great experience storing things here for over a year. Super clean, very friendly and helpful staff that remembered us, and always well climate regulated no matter what time of year. Never saw a single pest or evidence of one. Overall, highly recommended. And I love that it is family owned.

I have been using maple storage for a few years now. The climate control works, the units are slightly elevated so nothing has ever gotten water damage and I have not had much trouble at all opening the doors in winter. When you call ask for Malcolm. I prefer dealing with him.

Amazing storage facility. Got a great last minute deal after I had just realized I needed to move out of my apartment sooner than I thought. The customer service was also fantastic. I wasn’t able to be back in Ann Arbor until after the anniversary date of my next monthly payment even though my stuff was already moved out by a friend but all I had to do was call and the owner took care of it for me. Definitely recommend using this facility!

I’ve got a storage unit here. I’m not really that impressed with the place overall, but I got a sweet spot on the lot and it makes me happy about it. It’s in the front of the climate control area so I don’t even have to deal with that weird gate or drive around… I can use the office parking to get access.
The «no access after 9:00pm» policy is quite annoying for a night-​owl like me who has a TON of packing to do. And the prices are a bit high, though perhaps reasonable considering the convenience of the location to the west side and highway. They accept payment and recurring payment via credit card and have easy policies for locks and space usage.
Overall it’s everything I want a climate controlled storage place to be… though that’s not saying much I guess. So far I’m completely satisfied with the place but I’ve only just moved stuff in there… we’ll see how they are more long term.
