Established in 1985.

Terrence A. Bertram is a respected attorney and native Michigan son. He founded Legacy Law Center to assist families with providing a sense of financial and personal security about their futures. In June 2010, Rosemary J. Frenza, another native Michigan attorney, joined Legacy Law Center to help continue the firm’s mission of service to families. Both Terry and Rosemary are deeply involved in their local communities and believe in giving back in a variety of ways.

I have been providing estate and elder law planning for clients since 1985. During my 25 years of practice, I have been able to reach hundreds of people who are concerned about protecting their families from the devastating legal and financial effects of disability and death. The aspect of my practice I enjoy most is that it allows me to serve as the trusted advisor and counselor for many families in the greater Ann Arbor area.

Our firm is staffed with experienced individuals trained in the complex areas of probate, trust, Medicaid, and tax law. The aim of each member of the firm is to help you accomplish your goals and to take the mystery out of the planning process.
