History

Established in 2005.

Infrared Energy Analysis was formed in 2005 and is based in Ann Arbor,

Michigan. The following is information on my background and on the formation of the company. As a Real Estate Appraiser for 25 years I have inspected many homes. My interests are in building construction and I worked in this industry prior to becoming a Real Estate Appraiser in 1981. Energy conservation has always held my interest; I enjoy making things work more efficiently and am concerned with improving our environment. So it was natural for me to bring these interests together as I began to realized just how energy in-​efficient most homes are.

Combining my knowledge and experience in residential construction with the latest in infrared camera technology I have formed Infrared Energy Analysis, LLC. I’m confident you will find our service to be a good economic decision just as many others have.
