For more than 20yrs we’ve been welcoming people to share my home while enjoying their stay in Ann Arbor. We pride ourselves in helping to enhance our guests’ experience with personalized attention to do whatever it takes to make your experience a positive one. We’ve had fun with some unusual requests! Meet the Business Owner

Jan Davies M.

Business Owner

An experienced energetic entrepreneur, an INNovative, INNtuitive INNkeeper, and a gifted and enlightened small business consultant, trainer and coach, Jan’s first business is Davies House Inn where she has been the owner and Innkeeper for 18 years offering unparralled hospitality and custom event planning for business meetings and social events. In 2012, Jan was awarded the Elke Ferris Award for Excellence in Hospitality by the University of Michigan Event Planners.

Jan is also the owner and Lead Instructor of a Human Resource Training, Development, and Coaching company specializing in OSHA Compliance, Health and Safety Curriculums and consults with start-​up businesses as a State Certified Professional Small Business Consultant specializing in business plan wordsmithing and start-​up consulting.

A nonprofit veteran, Jan currently serves on the Board of Directors of ATHENA International, Grass Lake Sanctuary Retreat Center, and numerous women’s organizations.
